Regarding your room not heating up, I recently invested in a heated blanket. I put it under my bedsheet and cover the top of my bedsheet with my duvet. So by the time you jump into bed its nice and warm. Maybe try this. Doesn’t really help with the rest of the room being cold but at least you will be toasty when in bed. Hope it helps 😊

I cut out alcohol and dairy and started drinking matcha and Chlorella powder with real organic almond milk and my skin and gut health cleared up. And I would suggest going to a derm and getting on tretinoin. That stuff is GOLD. yes organic stuff is cool but retin A will change the game for you and look into adding azelaic acid for hyper pigmentation with the retin a. You’ll have that buttery smooth skin.
I always put castor oil on to reduce the inflammation and then use a hydrocolloid patch (during the day and at night) to give it a sealed home to heal. Also a great esthetician helps!

Tumeric powder, baking soda, & a little bit of water mixed together to form a paste. Leave on your face until dry, while washing off with cold water gently exfoliate. It helps with discoloration & gives you a even tone & prevents break outs.

My dear try poppi drink from Whole Foods. It’s low sugar You might love it. Also. Do a skin product purge. Like throw everything away and invest in REALLY GOOD BRAND. Like dermalogical. You ONLY need cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. Just use this 3 for a month, then add ONE treatment or active ingredient. Dermalogical might be expensive but it is tried and trusted. Very good on the skin. Just stick to the basic no matter how tempted and frustrated those your acne will disappear. Got to dermatologists they will also give you the basics. I always had clear skin only used moisturizer, I started watching skin care videos decided to buy a bunch and mix match. I broke out crazy!! I stopped everything and just did cleanser and moisturizer and my skin balanced back I don’t have any acne. I use demalogical, cleanser, toner and moisturizer. As I got older I added just thee serum. No kojic acid, no honey, no nothing, no oils, you’re doing too much. Do nothing to your face. DO NOT TOUCH IT.
Omg Angwi my NUMBA ONE ☝🏾 for my skin is Aquaphor. My freind im tellinggggg uuuuu. At night just wash your face, use your nighttime serums ( mainly moisturizing ones) and then once it’s dried rub Aquaphor on it and sleep. It keep all the moisture in your skin and it’s medicated for skin barrier recovery. I promise youuu. And then for dark spots. Use a vitamin C in the morning and sunscreen. Give it 2 weeks and your skin will be G. L. O. W. I. N. G. Since I have kinda oily skin. I’ve stopped using creams (except for sunscreen) in my routine and simply seal in any serums I use with oil. Have you tried the Neutrogena line for face wash ? I get a lot of acne and dark spots and by using Neutrogena it helped my skin so much. It seems like the product burned your skin because it shouldn't have left a mark.
For dark spot correction you should give Ambi Fade Cream a try. If you use it twice a day every day you’ll see a major difference by the time you begin your second tube. But patience and consistency is key. It’s the only product that has ever faded my dark spots completely.
You should start working from the Inside out not the outside In on your skin If I was you I would look Into leaving dairy and process food alone for a while to see If that helps you

One tip- idk if you’ve tried the ordinary products but that stuff cleared up my acne but I still get hormonal acne because I’m not on birth control anymore. I just bought a bunch of their products which I thought I needed for me in particular and the order in which you use products is important. You can’t also use everything together. Xx
You should try a chemical peel And I recommend only using the cerva acne collection and please STOP WEARING MAKEUP AND NO MORE ALCOHOL And do not put Vaseline on that pimple it’s going to make it worse

Please don't go trying to gain weight to attract dusty men. High quality men like slim women anyway. Also, it blows my mind when women in their 20s try and gain weight. You'll gain weight naturally anyway as your metabolism slows down so why try?

U need a stop going out and go see an esthetician and get your skin together ASAP …also that type of acne is hormonal so you need to check ur diet too…. And NO VASELINE!! Like HUH?! THAT LITERALLY CLOGS YOUR PORES AND IS OVERALL SO BAD FOR YOUR SKIN 😭 idk y u dk this!! You can’t just use all types of products esp when u have sensitive skin \acne prone … PLEEEEEZ get help I have never seen ur skin that bad it real live looks painful
