Welcome back, welcome back! (In Mark's voice) Here is another weekly. We started off by a trip to the dump, of course, then to the zoo for a look around on my Super Grover. We saw quite a few animals and we had a great time. I was struggling after the wedding with my energy levels. I was quite glad to have a fairly quiet week. Many days at home resting, but still made some craft, had my nails done and met my friend for lunch. Still also struggling with muggle sickness and it has got me down this week as coupled with Fibro, it's not fun! Subscribe, like and leave a comment and I will see you all next time. Nice to see you both and you doing a good job mark and good idea garden centre and trip what you enijoy Mark eating nice pictures of the wedding hope enijoy the zoo and nice to see mums and dad's and garden centre looks good it's nice family gets on and you all close.you are very lucky don't feel guilty nick you need to rest and look after your self . Your nails look lovely and like colours and look like candy stripes the bees lves look good l like your dress it's suits you that colour l got that fan too they are brilliant. nice blog and l love the muffins

Flowers! 🌺 I was completely taken by the beautiful notebooks and keychains at the garden centre on Wednesday. I have never seen anything like it here. In May (late autumn) we were invited to our friend’s son’s birthday party. It was quite cool, and even though I felt fine and warm at the time, it took me a good week to recover. It made me realise how often spoonie life (fibro/cfs) can look from the outside like you can do all the normal things, but we really need to build in recovery time.

Exactly! My friend Donna always says my videos just make it look like I am busy all the time but I said I am not going to film all the time I am resting! (Which is a lot) I pay for every trip out I do but refuse to put my life on hold because of chronic illness! 😊❤️

Great video as usual. Really know what you mean about the brain saying yay and I he body saying nay. I had my last radiotherapy treatment on Wednesday as I’ve had breast cancer. What with the surgery, some problems from that, radiotherapy, the weather and exhaustion my fibro has been kicking my butt. I don’t grow FLOWERS I only grow what I can eat 😂😂

Hi to u and mark so happy 😊u all had a good time at the wedding 💒 I am the same it takes me days to get over having a special day out it’s not fair on us with fibro we just have to suffer for a few days it’s so nice how close unr to your parents and u get to c u them so much I loved getting out with my mum loved the zoo great video take care c u soon from Jackie 🌈

Glad you had a lovely time at the wedding and everything went well. The shed organization tip was super helpful great idea with the palette, and it looked like you had a lovely time at the zoo, loved the chimps, the owl and penguins. I admire how you manage everything while coping with CFS-you're truly inspiring. The mug you did looks really nice and love your nails too. What did you think of the 3rd series? I have read all the books too and not sure if I prefer the way Whistledown was exposed in the book or on the TV better!? 🤔😊❤️

@@kimemerson5486 in the book, Colin went to Anthony and they came up with this plan to reveal her secret at a ball. So in the TV version, they gave more power to Penelope by revealing it through the Queen. I think they cut a lot if the sexual scenes as they said they did quite a few.

Flowers 🌺, great use of a pallet and makes it tidier, love the painted bee hives, I find crafting of any sort relaxing but also addictive but having rheumatoid arthritis which affects my hands I need to know when to stop 😢. I’ve not watched the new series of Bridgerton yet but next on my list. Hope you are feeling better xx

Thank you! Okay, it looked like piles but it isn't! When a chimp's bum goes red and enlarged, it means it is there time of the month so the male chimps know when to mate them. Then after years of having monthlies, it prolapses like that sometimes! Must be awkward, ha! There you go, a lesson about chimps! 😁❤️

Great vlog as always. Yes I watched part 2 of Bridgerton this weekend, Im obsessed with it too. Please dont feel guilty for resting, I have cfs as well as fibromyalgia and have learnt the hard way not to push myself too much. Its a real balancing act I know. I voted on Instagram for those nails so was happy to see you went for that one as they look great. Flowers .

Hello Nicola, could you maybe describe in a video what your osteopath does? Im considering other options for fibro/osteoarthritis, as my nhs physio/pain clinic don't do anything
