I have a few tips to get through your cycle. I know all bodies are different. But no meat, no alcohol, no caffeine a few days before and during. I also do Yoga before and I Only use all natural cotton feminine products. I’ve been doing this for years and don’t feel a thing, no cramps. Feel better hoochie!

We all go through those times when we get a bad week & it’s just always something & you feel like there’s just nothing left to give. This phase is just temporary
Girl, I feel you on the period thing! Mines used to be the worst! Idk what products you use, but I would definitely suggest switching to organic pads/tampons; start drinking raspberry leaf tea, and try Balenceuticals Ovary + Uterus Cleanse, because when you wear tampons, especially when you wear tampons, you’re trapping your menstrual and it doesn’t fully flush out (TMI I know! 😭), so we need to cleanse. Yoni steams will also help! Definitely do what works for you though, but these are some of the changes I made and things I do, and my periods have gotten so much better.
After eliminating meat from my diet i no longer have ANY period pain. I also don’t have dairy. Usually I’m taking off guard when my periods starts I had to start using a period tracker. Many women don’t know this but diet has a lot to do with the pain we feel. Certain foods cause inflammation in our bodies and this contributes to the pain. Diet is key. Perhaps that’s why those cleanses you are drinking helped you.
