Girl you are killing it in life. I know society makes us feel that if we are not in a relationship or having kids then we are not progressing. You're fine! Your life is good, you're still so young! I'm 37, I have crohns disease and am legally blind and recently found out I have some sort of lesion in my brain too. 2 years ago my partner of 9 years got into heavy drugs behind my back and left me for a younger fellow drug addict. I somehow picked myself up and moved on. I have some anxiety but for the most part I just go about my days, walk/hike...do my thing and i'm mostly fine. You have every right to feel anxious, everyone does. But my point is in general you are doing great and all is good!❤❤

I love your videos. I feel like this last week, I've also Been questioning everything in my life and my life's purpose. I too work from home, so for the last 2 days I've just been resting. Not doing anything, and letting my mind rest..sometimes we are too hard on ourselves trying to meet these unrealistic expectations of society. Applaud yourself for your wins. Going to yoga for 3 weeks is amazing. I believe anxiety can sometimes be caused from us stressing too much about our future. But you are exactly where you need to be ❤

I feel the same but lately I’ve been just living the delusional life and living life for myself and for the happiness it gives me. Hi Melissa! I am also a vanilla scent person but I wanted to try something different too. If you like vanilla, the Philosophy fresh cream and warm cashmere is a good scent. If you want to switch to something, I am enjoying the Jo Malone Earl Grey & Cucumber one (you can only get it at the Jo Malone store, recommend the Richmond Centre location) or the Wood Sage and Sea Salt one is really nice for summer.

Guerlain have some of the loveliest fragrances called acqua allegoria, the mandarin basilic is my favourite. I also like vanilla smells, but this one is citrus and “clean” but still sweet! I’m not sure of the prices outside in Canada though as I’m based in EU!

Ugh I hate anxiety. I have GAD with depression. Ashwaganda helps a lot. I take that on top of my prescription but I heard it helps others. I still haven't tried Pilates I think the machine intimidates me lol. I'll have to give it a try. Have a great day.

Hi Melissa, I am a follower that has been watching your videos for years! I love your channel and have really enjoyed watching your videos over the years. I just wanted to suggest something that might help with your current rut/anxiety...have you given consideration to taking on a traditional job? Either a 9-5 or something more flexible/part-time, like retail! Anything that you are passionate about or think you might enjoy or help you grow as a person. I have found that sometimes what adds the most value to my life is to add structure and something I may not want to get up and do every day. Having the commitment of a traditional job may force you out of your comfort zone and introduce you to some new things that ultimately give you purpose! Just a suggestion!

I’m glad I’m Not the only one who doesn’t know what they’re doing with their life. I cry every couple days about this

But trust me when I say I have thoughts often too of “what am I doing with my life.” Honestly you have it a lot more together than a lot of people.
