I challenged myself to start romanticising my life to help get out of a rut. It didn't exactly go according to plan. Here's another weekly vlog from (partially sunny) South Wales. I'm still training for my first 10k, keeping up with my fitness goals, side-hustling my way to Vegas with my side hustle challenge and trying not to have a breakdown in the process 🙈

If you need to find a quiet spot to work that has access to a washroom, have you thought about going to a library? Hope the work is done soon. Completely understand having one more thing happening in a week when you are already stressed just sending things over the edge of what you can manage at one time. Sending a hug from Canada

Thank you! 💕 The library is usually great but in the school holidays they have kids clubs there. I learned this the hard way last summer when I went in there to work and they were having a scavenger hunt 🙈

I’m so sorry you’re going through all this but everyone feels that way. The last eight months I’ve been trying to deal with getting rid of a lot of my mother’s stuff and furniture and it’s just so frustrating and every time I turn around there’s something else. You’ve got this! We are all losing our minds and gone hysterical at some point. I know how frustrating it is when your car breaks down and you’ve got 8000 things to do. It makes me want to move to an small island where there are no cars.

Aimee, I just wanted to say thank you for these vlogs! It’s so refreshing to see a realistic glimpse into someone’s life, someone who just lives a normal life, like most of us do! You and Your content are so relatable because you show real life, and it helps me to feel less alone when I’m thinking that everyone else is out there socialising all the time and living a super exciting life all the time - so thank you! I'm really happy to hear that! That was my whole reason for starting the vlogs - to normalise a very average life! I feel so overwhelmed sometimes watching vlogs and videos of people doing all these glamorous and exciting things. I'm so happy for them but I do have to stop and remind myself that not everyone lives like that. Most people don't!

Can you postpone Vegas and save some cash? Personally I’d rather save up for a new car since I’d be using that daily. Or maybe your parents can pay for the trip and you pay them back? Just a suggestion, I hope you’re ok x

Thank you! ☺️ Vegas is already booked and partially paid for so I'm all in on that. I'm on the lookout for a new car though. Mine should theoretically be good to go now (because at this point I've replaced basically the entire thing piece by piece in the last 5 months 😂) but even just in terms of tax and diesel, I need something that's cheaper to maintain!

We did a bathroom renovation that took several months! We didn’t have a shower or bath for about 7 weeks and had to go to a local state park with a camping area and use their showers. It was not at all fun…so I feel your pain on the bathroom renovation. I had sexist, racist, unpleasant men in my house almost daily and I also work from home. So..would it be possible to cancel your Vegas trip? It almost seems like the stress of having to pay for it isn’t worth it at this point.

Oh no!! I couldn't deal with that for months. I barely managed for a week!! 🙈 Not possible to cancel Vegas but I think it's going to be fine. Honestly, even without Vegas, having my car in the garage AGAIN would have had me spiralling. It's driving me crazy!

@@AimeeRebecca I know. We have other things that we eventually need to do in the home but that was so difficult to deal with that I am avoiding even thinking about having to replace all of the flooring, etc, even though it is from the 70's and is literally falling apart now.

If a chiropractor says that your one leg is longer than the other, the reason why it’s because your hips are out of alignment

That’s what she said. One hip is sitting higher than the other, which is why I get such bad back pain 😫

I’d love to know if I have that too. I for an x-ray when I was 11 for my back pain and the doctor said it looked like it might be curved but would probably be fine. 21 years of back pain later, I don’t think it’s fine 😂
