Skin breaking out from a new relationship! I know this might sound weird but my skin went a bit weird when I got into a new relationship. I think it’s probably a combination of lifestyle changes (eg eating out more), hormones fluctuating, and also usually a lot more physical contact so more germs transferring. Not sure if this helps but just know it’ll level out once your body is used to the changes 🥰

I saw Kiara’s food in the grocery haul and just thought I would (very respectfully and with the best of intentions) let you know that Friskies is actually a very unhealthy cat food option. It can cause health problems, and the nutritional value is next to non-existent. Blue Wilderness and Pure Balance are both affordable (Blue Wilderness less so) and great quality cat food that will give her everything she needs. Also, I have no clue what type of cat litter you use, but just throwing it out there JIC: “normal” cat litter can cause serious health issues such as lung problems and intestinal blockages. Instead, consider using paper or pine pellets! I personally use the pine pellets. It reduces odors, and actually just makes my laundry room smell like freshly cut wood XD You can find it wherever you buy the regular litter, and it’s actually more affordable! Anywho, just thought I’d mention it because I know how much you love Kiara, and for anyone else who might benefit from the info!

Sometimes acne can be related to breast implants, might want to check out breast implant illness. It can happen years after getting them. BTW I love your happy positive energy! Watching your videos always puts me in a better mood.

i was on accutane for 8 months & my skin was very clear after my treatment. a year later my acne started to come back & now i'm planning to go through a second round of treatment 2 years later. my dermatologist said sometimes it takes people 2 rounds to clear their skin. i feel for you, it's hard to go from acne skin to "perfect" skin then back to acne skin. 💕 fun fact: i found your channel through your accutane videos!

In regards to your skin, I have had a super similar journey with my skin (hormonal acne all through high school) and did a round of roaccutane a year ago. Sadly, my skin started to break out here and there about 6 months later and now I am on my second round of roaccutane. It can be common to relapse in some cases especially when you're young and I would definitely recommend chatting with your dermatologist. Regardless, your skin does not define your beauty and acne does not make you unattractive, you are beautiful but I know how it feels to have acne and it can be so difficult

Conaghhh I’m so happy for you on the new bf!! 🤍 I tell you what, when I started dating my bf a year ago my skin broke out SO MUCH, I think it was a mix of hormonal changes and new skin contact especially around my mouth and jaw for obvious reasons 😅 (I’m convinced when my bf’s more stubbly it irritates my face more and breaks me out 😂). Plus whatever skincare and cologne your man uses can freak out your skin a bit. I’m currently a couple months into accutane and even then the breakouts are defo worse when I’d spend a weekend over his. Also side note, my cat also refused to drink water out of a bowl indoors, so I used to pop a non reflective water bowl outside that would collect rain water and he wayyy preferred that. Just stops them from licking the floor bless them 😂🤍

I personally think it would look nice if you put the chairs you originally bought and table on the grass to have a second seating area (you can always eventually get it paved a little section and get an extension of the undercover and then with the extra space under your patio you can add a outdoor table and chairs and leave the L outdoor couch there so if you ever have a bbq or want to sit outside for lunch with friends or family, you can!

Tip: Take out any pots/pans/trays out of your oven that you're not using as it can cause them to burn over time and also make your oven smell of metal sometimes too. Also put baking paper in the dish you're going to use before putting anything you're going to bake or cook in it so its easier to take out and also clean. :) xx

Tip!!! Kiara might not drink out of the bowl if it’s right next to the food I can’t remember why exactly but put the water bowl in a different room to the food xx

Its because in the wild their food source is generally a danger or posionous/rotted if found near their water source. Instincts can kick in randomly and in nature it's also a threat if you see "food" near your water, a threat of being killed and also of contamination:)

I used to have acne just like what you’re experiencing. I cut out gluten 2 years ago & it’s been life changing. Even 2 weeks after cutting it out, I noticed a crazy good difference. Might be worth a try. Xx 💓

My skin is breaking out sometimes in the same areas because of hormonal issues and also because some herbs can lead to detox and the skin is detoxifying this way.. yes it’s not nice but I will probably get better soon

I know this is an old video but have been binge watching your vlogs... just wanted to say that the skin breaking out could be due to biotin in the hair suppliment you are using here. Biotin is renowned for breaking people out so often you need to try different brands to see if they also break you out. Anyway, just found you on here and loving your content :) xx

I think you should try cutting out your powders etc proteins pre workouts macro Mike stuff etc For your skin and maybe try a month or eating non packed stuff. Whole foods fruits veggies nuts seeds fish lean meat rice potato oils - try that for a month see if it helps your skin. I know the products you use have good ingredients in but some of the ingredients may not agree with you. Also caffeine 😛😛 And don’t do double day gym sessions - all the stress on your body even if they are different workouts (strength / cardio) you’re still stressing your body and stress on the body can come out in your skin. I’m sure Riley and Sophie have discussed this in a vlog or on a podcast that chanting how they train helped their skin. Especially with you getting up so early for the gym. Early unnatural start + a stress on the body doing a workout (a good thing but still puts a stress on your body) Lots of love xxx

Hey conagh! Ive been having hormonal acne for few years now. Totally understand how you feel. Do u think it is dairy triggered? I try to cut out dairy as much as possible and I think it was able to keep the acne in control. I'm taking fish oil everyday as well. Read it online that it helps to regulate hormones. Maybe you can try these out too? All the best to u conagh!

I seriously recommend cutting out animal products, everytime I’d cut it out, my hormonal acne instantly disappeared and my period became more stable. You can still get plenty of protein and all ur nutrients without it still.
