Hey Nicky aren't you taking one of the weight loss medicine? This is just a question do you think you can achieve these same results without the medicine? I only asked because you are 10 pounds in 9wks and I absolutely know you could have done that on your own. I thought the medicine was supposed to help you really lose.
Yes, I am taking a glp1 agonist. I believe the results would vary depending on the individual. I think it is reasonable to assume that the average individual would be able to lose 10lbs in 9 weeks with or without the drug. I can say that, for me, I’m steadily (albeit slowly 😅) losing weight and I have been since summer of last year.
