While putting together some equipment for an IT / computer support toolset, I bought an adjustable power supply and investigated a poor review on Amazon showing the breakout connector for this PSU melting and catching on fire.
Sure enough, there are issues. While I didn't fully fix it, the connectivity it has now is better than the zero connection it had when I first checked.
These things are useful to have, but as with any chinesium product, buyer beware, and be willing to mod and repair out of the box - it's cheap for a reason.

Hey , idk if it was just me but I plugged this in to one of my portable chargers (type C) and I forgot I had the voltage all they way high and now every time I try to use my type c on my portable charger it doesn't work anymore..... did I fried my type c or any way I can fix it please help

You probably killed a component, maybe a power transistor. If you are comfortable with board-level repair you can probably fix it if you have the equipment. Also depends on how expensive the device is to replace vs how much repair would cost you (do you need to buy equipment or do you already have it) and you'd also want to weigh your time vs cost.
