What they accomplished in a military sense was nothing short of heroic. It took the entire industrial might of the rest of the developed world and tens of millions of bodies from the Eurasian steppes to bring that tiny country down.

And nearly won, well probably gained a temporary victory.

Hassel W The USSR had unlimited manpower and without the Murmansk shipments and all the western allied efforts in Italy, France and the bombing campaigns, the USSR wouldnt have stood a chance. The western allies literally had half a billion manpower in their tank, while Germany only had 40 million at most.

Unlike their brothers who died they returned to Germany and died of old age not too long ago. Very tough and great men.

Yes he was an inspiration, he survived two world wars, he was part of the workers who built the Hindenburg zeppelin and he survived more than 3 years in a hole during Russian captivity and he even managed to come back home to Germany to my great-grandmother. He died in the age of 94 and all he always walked humbly throughout his entire life. It is a shame how Germans deal with its past nowadays.

In 2 years, Germany was able to get rid of poverty and not suffer any depression, when all other countries suffered under the old financial war profiteer system. America and England were scared that Germany would overtake them as world powers, and knew they had to bait Germany into WW2. Poland was the scapegoat. The truth is coming out but nobody wants to actually research it. People have been programmed to believe their bullshit history in school and feel "personally" threatened when you call them out on it. That's exactly how the system is built and how they want it. I sometimes speculate how different the outcome for them would have been if they did not spend so much manpower and resources on exterminating the jews and instead had recruited them (not forced) to fight along side them. Also how different it may have been if Hitler actually listened to his generals when they advised that he slow his role sometimes.
