I intend to decrease my weight at least 20 kgs and max 25 kgs as I am 52 years old and my weight is 82 years old I have participated more than 50 marathons 10k, 21k and 2 full mrathon last year due to my small accident I took rest 3 months and thereafter weight increase from 72 to 82 kgs though still running continus thrice a week but weight is not decrease - please advice .... I regular follow your video

sir aaj mujhe bohot travel karna tha bohot thak gaya tha par fir bhi 18:35 secs tak maine workout kiya hai kal bhi subha jana hai isiliye aaj itna kar k band kar raha hu day 2 hai sir diet bhi kar raha hu oats and egg whites kha raha hu weight is 96 kg
