I walked for 1hr , 30days . I loose 7kg within a single month. I took low carbohydrate diet ( 4roties dinner-2 lunch-2, sabji, fish , dall for dinner and lunch . For breakfast - puffed rice, sabji, boiled egg. For snacks - fruits , dry fruits)

Look buddy, walk minimum 10k steps per day and increase it to 15k gradually.It means walking daily for 10-12km.A good diet is also needed and you can see better changes.Your legs will pain but go on don't look back

what about fat reduction, Is just walking enough? I’m skinny fat, maybe over 20% body fat, i walk about 20k a stay ( almost 35 days ) with little strength training like Push pull squats

I u get weiggt loss bc if not eating because after walking 2 hours and at the next day your leg hurts and cannotbeven walk . But this is good
