Hi miss kath, gustong gusto ko mga ginagawa mo na exercise Hindi masiadong nakakapagod . Tulad ko na 1yr plng akong nanganak at dati pa ikaw na lagi ginagaya ko mga vedios mo maraming salamat Po 😊

Newbie here, I just realized the nut facts for the corned beef which said 103cal, but in reality, di mo pwede kainin the whole can since it said the no of serving is about 3🥲 so if we finish it all, that equates to ~309cal pa rin, or am I doing it wrong?

No naman. Usually we put cold milk on cereals but it still depends on your preference. Di naman po magbabago ang nutrition profile nya kung maging hot or cold man. Hehe! 😊❤

Hi sexy love! I have tried na din mag gym pero home workouts talaga ako ever since. But I'm using dumbbells. Mas marami lang tools and equipment sa gym but home workouts are certainly effective too! Hope I answered your question. 😊❤

Mis kat,hi I also Watched ur video's and its really helped alot.. But how i can loss may weight?. nag sstay lang to 70kls..😔 But every exercise i did.Dati 78-80kls na aabot timbang ko nabawasan naman but until 70kls wats the problem? sa kinakain ko po ba?...1mons and 5days na ko nag eexercise..2hrs ako nag eexercise

Yes, yogurt is a great dessert if you're trying to get fit. Just keep in mind the calorie content and the sugar iba iba po kasi depende sa brand. Try natin icover sa future video. 😊
