I felt extreme fatigue when I upped my dose as well! I went back down and everything is much more manageable. I’m still a little tired, but not napping 3 hours a day!
Hey Kara 👋 yeah the extreme fatigue is absolutely killing me. I am going to go down to the .6 dose for a while to give my body a break. To see if I can eat some more calories and hopefully start working out 💪🏻
Hi guys i just started omg i love it but do u all experience constipation and if so does it get better later and what did u do to fix it ..i dont wanna stop it
I just started I’m on like day 10. The fatigue was horrible. It felt like hypoglycemia. I took a glucose tab and it helped. I don’t think I’m eating enough, b complex helped me too.
I just discontinued Saxenda two days ago. I was at 3.0. The side effects were horrible for me. I had nausea, vomiting, gi distress and the fatigue was unbearable. I could not exercise and didn’t want to eat or think about food. I was going to need to hire a housekeeper to help me. I am a RN and this is really not anything what I thought it would be. I understand what you are saying completely!
@@sarahrosekhalil It was the oddest feeling of being “unhealthy”. The last straw was headaches. We can do this by watching our total carb intake. That for me is the healthiest way! Our bodies are so smart. It was telling us that this wasn’t healthy for us. I believe it is for some people.
I don’t trust the internet to reveal granular personal info. I wish I did. These videos are amazingly helpful. Gratitude to you for sharing. It feels like you have a window into my thoughts, especially the fear of having to stop because of side effects…at times. My thyroid quit the team a couple of years ago. You’d imagine “just get a script”. It is tough to get the right balance & feels like it has stolen my life the last few years. Only on week two.
I'm sorry you've been struggling!! I hope you feel better soon!! Thats why we are trying to be healthier, to feel better... Not worse...8 kg in 6 weeks is a lot!!!
Yeah exactly 👌🏼 In the last two weeks I have been off Saxenda. It has been really nice to feel hungry again and actually finish a meal. I’m feeling a lot more energy since I can eat more 💕✨
I have been on saxenda for 5 days and my side effects are killing me... I'm having extreme heartburn that makes me cry and vomiting, plus my stomach is bloated.. I'm not eating almost anything for the pain ... And I have lost 1 kilo... Anyone else like me?? After how long did the side effects disappear? I will be so grateful for any suggestions..
I have been off the medication for the last two weeks to give my body a break. I have much more of an appetite and I can finish a meal now 😃 I have my energy back 💪🏻 This week I am trying to cook more food at home and eat more veggies 🌶 🌽 🍅
Thanks for the update! I finally started on Saxenda and have been on it for a week. I only felt nauseous mostly on the 1st day on it. Now I feel nauseous if I eat too much. I have to remember to eat throughout the day or I feel like my blood sugar is low.
Hi dear hope you’re good, how you doing are you still on saxsanda ?I am going to start tomorrow what’s the best time to Inject please night or day?thank you and any other ripe please ❤

Hi lovely I just gave my self a second daily dose and never felt I needed to get to the the 3mg I felt 1.8-2.4 was plenty and enough to suppress my appetite

Hey! I’m sorry I am replying to this comment so late. For some reason I didn’t get a notification for this one 😢 that is so awesome about your journey 💪🏻 I will definitely check out your channel 💕✨
I am supposed to start suxenda tomorrow. I have reversible PCOS and insulin resistance so I've been told it is critical I start it. Do you think it's still worth it? I'm terrified I get bad side effects
Subscribed after seeing your channel mentioned by Devan! Chronic fatigue does feel like what you’re describing. I’m so sorry you’re struggling like that... it sounds like your energy is completely zapped. 🥺💚
And I hope your doctor works with you and maybe adjusts the dosage... so you can get a bit more energy and be able to exercise more. I have a channel too if you wanna peep at it! Oh and one more thing, because I follow instructions: 🐈
@@RisaBeesa I have been giving my body a break from the medication and I am feeling so much better 😊 I think I am going to go back on Saxenda at the lowest dose. Hopefully that will be enough to restrict my appetite without making me unwell 🤞
I m so struggling with saxenda also! I m almost to give up... it pushes you to depression. You feel like you live in a baloon its awful i m not sure it worth it 😪
Aww, Sarah, I could not handle the 3.0 either... I was super anxious, and the sickness in my stomach was unexplainable... I will try to tell you what it was like and I am hoping that you can understand. I had a lot of pain in my stomach... it felt like I was starving, the pain of hunger was overwhelming but when I started snacking, I was not hungry. I would vomit water... (like a dog with rabies) I was sick to my stomach so much and only water would come out. I would go into a cold sweat and then be so weak that I could hardly go... it was such a struggle for me and I wanted so much to stay on it to lose weight, because on the previous doses I was doing ok. This was the reason that I went off of it... then several months later the Dr. put me back on Saxenda again and told me never to take the full dosage of it. So far I am on 1.2 (which was at the dose that I felt the best, a little ill because it was working and the place where I lost the most) and so I am now staying at 1.2. Ohhh, I have a cat too, she is a Calico Maine Coon cat and we called her Liliya. She is my best friend, I love her. Love your videos, Sarah and I hope that you feel better soon. I am trying to catch up with all your videos today... like a TY stalker.. ha ha ha.... but I did not get them in my inbox... luckily I thought of you and went to search you out. So hang in there, I am bing watching your videos today to get all caught up.
Hey Shelley 👋 yeah I feel so much better since I have been off the medication. I stopped taking it about 1.5 weeks ago. I have really been enjoying feeling hungry and being able to finish a meal. I think I may have put on a little weight. But I don’t care I feel so much better 💕✨
@@itsalljan I think for some people the fatigue will pass with time. All you can do is make sure you are eating nourishing food, drinking lots of water, and have a really great sleep routine. For me the extreme fatigue just got worse every time I increased the dose. So I have now ceased the medication 💊 but I wish you all the best 💕✨
Every road has speed bumps. This one you are facing is here to tell you to slow down. If going down a dose helps you feel better and stay on track then do that. Don’t give up. Get over this bump, maybe look at it as a pit stop. You’ve got this. side not, we have 4 🐈‘s lol
My doctor told me that if your body feels good at a certain dose and it’s working for you to stay there. If you do increase the dose increase it by one click at a time. If your body can’t handle the higher dose drop the dose. There’s people that have stayed on .6 for 2 months!
Hi, Sarah! 🐈🐈🐈🐈 I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well, perhaps it is just a matter of tweaking the medication. It's true that your appetite changes drastically. Hope you feel better, so far my side effects have been minimal :)
Hey Kathy 🐈 🐈⬛ yeah after I went to my doctor yesterday I am going to go down the 0.6 dose. Hopefully that will allow me to eat some more calories and feel better. I’m really glad you are not having many side effects 💕✨
I wouldn’t say that this will be everyone’s experience. Some people have no symptoms at all. But for me the full dose was too much. I basically couldn’t eat and had the most extreme fatigue. It may be completely different for you 💕✨
You should not loose more than a couple of pounds a week.. 8 kg in 2 weeks is a lot...dial back on the dose and try upping your calorie intake. I am on saxenda and loosing weight. The way i calculate my calorie goal is my ideal weight in pounds multiplied by 12. It might seem a bit high but it's sustainable. What you are doing is just not sustainable and your hunger is going to come back with a vengeance
I just found your channel bc I started Saxenda today and I’m looking for some honest reviews... then I jumped into the comments and noticed my friends at 2Fat2Furious also discovered you and commented, haha! They’re fab!! Ok diving into the vid now, new subscriber here btw ✌️
@@sarahrosekhalil We have 6 cats. 5 of them are seniors! I had wanted to ask you if you've noticed any depression or feeling down while on the Saxenda? I definitly have, in addition to the lack of energy and the stomach problems. I can't get above 1.2 mg, and even at that the side effects are fairly bad.
Oh my... sorry, but this is irritating to watch. Way too slow, and how many times can one say that they are exhausted... tired.... no energy... lol. Sorry, just too slow of a video.
