I went on a carbs binge yesterday for the first time in 8 months, it was kind of “gross”, and this morning I was so looking forward to getting back on track. One of the things that helped me to enjoy my breakfasts (and not get stuck eating the same stuff every dang day!), is to check out other culture's breakfasts, and also find healthy recipes that aren't necessarily "breakfast food". In many parts of the world, they just eat food for breakfast, it's not "breakfast" specifically. I had found breakfasts very difficult to keep healthy, because I just can't eat the same thing day in and day out, and there's so much "out there" that is convenient, tasty, and unhealthy. Training myself to think outside of what western breakfast is, was a definite game-changer for me!

I really enjoy your content. I've been lazy. I've lost a ton of weight by diet alone but I can't get motivated to hit the gym. I do walk about 2.6 miles a few times a week before bed and my job is physical. Really need a push to try and get the lean mass up I use ACV randomly throughout the day and usually at night.
for your second person age 57 with the belly fat, why not mention the menopause factor? HRT can really help with the visceral fat problem when everything else is done well and that belly fat is still hanging around.
5'5 and 145lbs is a healthy weight..I get if she wanted to get to 130-135lbs. I'm very new to this channel, but promoting 120lbs on a 5'5 frame sounds like bit of an extreme goal unless someone naturally has a very petite frame. I get that it falls at the low end of normal range for BMI, but I hope she focuses less on the scale and more on body composition.
