That coffee/book/sauna thing sounds amazing, and every bit as healthy as a workout! I work through the guilt I inevitably feel when I relax by knowing that my next workout will be that much better for it.
your workouts are always effective and great for mamas that have limited time! :) i'm a new mama and nursing has ruined my mid-back from poor posture unfortunately. i would love to see a workout that can help alleviate my back pain. thanks!

Thanks for sharing and listening to us :) i have also been finding it really difficult to find the time to dedicate to a full workout, but your videos are perfect and i feel good even if i can only fit in 3 or 4 short workouts a week! I love taking hot baths on days where i feel to exhausted to exercises ...otherwise a good nature walk always helps!
love these workouts! can you do a post partum abs regimen pls? i lost my baby weight but need to build muscle. also, im able to do 10 min abs 3x week. is that enough? I do cardio 4- 5x week for 40 minutes
