Y'all have been begging for this one. Today on the podcast, we're getting real about menopause and perimenopause.
I wish there had been an episode like this years ago to help me understand what in the hell is going on with my body. My energy levels have been in the toilet and I've just not felt like "me."

What she said about stress is so true! 💯 Cortisol is the number one enemy of menopause - and stress elevates Cortisol!

I was told I was not a candidate for HRT because of heart risks and family history of heart issues etc

You can ask for a second opinion from a practitioner who is certified through The North American Menopause Society. On their website you can search clinicians in your area.
