The way she moves and the power she delivers just speaks volumes on how much she spent her life preparing for the championship fights. The scary thing I dare to say we are going to see an improved version of Zhang Weili.
This is perfect technique and a great fighter I'm excited by watching this mostly strike and to think she has an arsenal of kicks knees elbows unbelievable good grappling ground and pound j.c she's going to be difficult
Havrix Her name is Zhang Weili. In China, the last name is said first. if she were a westerner / an American, we’d call her Weili Zhang. It does not matter what name we use first. I call her both names.

Professional Flamer She can but from the Embodied vids Joanna looks more like a tourist in a foreign country while Zhang is training in the gym non stop. Im giving it 90% - 10% in favor of Zhang. Joanna has gotten the Celibrity Syndrome, her heart isnt in the game anymore. Shes going to get a very mean wake up call on Saturday.

Dam Weili is getting better and better when I saw her old vids it seems as tho shes getting faster, stronger, and more crisp. Damm gonna be a rough night for jj
many of the old vids were her playing catch-up to make up for lost time due to a lengthly serious injury in the 2nd half of 2014. She only had 2 pro mma fights before that injury. After rehabilitation, she only fought once in 2015, near the end of December. Most of her footage is 2016 (6 fights) and 2017 (7 fights)

vitor fogaço this will be a good test. But it’s fair to remember that Joanna has a way of making fighters look unprepared. So losing won’t necessarily mean she’s a “hype job”. But if Joanna knocks her out... that won’t look good. But you’ll have people saying “Zhang got lucky again” even if she knocks Joanna out. So who’s to say.
The ferocity she has will overcome Johanna. Her speed will match up but her power will be overwhelming. It’s an awesome time for women’s mma. So glad this is happening. Someone needs another dose of humble pie.
@Rev Lite yeah no.. im not gonna agree on that one xD it's not for nothing torture killers get heavyer sentances than " normal" killers.. This Zhang woman would keep pounding you no matter how " good" u fight back untill u were a convulsing bloody mess.. ill take that KO any day. Although if u wanna see tyson as a quick knockout artist compared to Zhang, im guessing u never saw how Zhang won the title in the first place. Check that 44 sec fight.. and see the simularities
@Rev Lite KO equals the end of the fight.. very very rarely do KO's end in death. repeated beatings and impact to the head are far more dangerous statistically speaking.. but hey let's agree to disagree
Love how she’s enjoying herself and having fun. Humble and down to earth. Took the W and proved to be a great example for all ages. Will always respect her.
RIP Joanna. This is the next evolution of women MMA. Girls that are athletic the way a male fighter is athletic, super fast, sharp technique, and powerful. Valentina and Amanda are the only others I can think of
