I remember watching this on TV with my brother when it first aired. It was hilarious. Very Nostalgic. Makes me remember when Weird Al took over MTV for a day.

Hahaha goodness gracious, these parody interviews are pure genius. I freaking love Weird Al. He's just too funny man. This has to be one of my favorite interviews from him. I had no idea that he did this. I just found out about two years ago that he did these fake interviews with celebrities and like I said, they are just pure freaking genius. So freaking funny. I swear man, nobody can parody things like Weird Al.

Madonna and Weird Al really are two magnificent performers who also have great senses of humor. This "interview" also informed me of a Weird Al mockumentary that is either out now or will be soon, so I'm glad whatever YT algorithms they use gave me this video as something I might like.

My sisters and I used to sit in front of the TV watching Much Music, recording (on VHS, mind you) these episodes. The interview segments are still my favourite. So great to see these on The InterWebs!!!
He has like perfect delivery, never says umm, or anything unless it’s deliberate. Just a down right beautiful cadence I could listen to him read a newspaper blissfully 😂
Weird Al is just as funny as he ever was! I remember when he first became popular. I was in H.S. Kids wore his face on t-shirts! I saw him in concert about 13 years ago. He put on an awesome show!

@@tashathayer4069 we saw that. His father secretly loved the accordion and parody music but he had to kill his dream to support his family after leaving the Amish community. He didn’t want Al to suffer the same fate so he wanted him to work at the Factory.
Ah, this must be the genesis of their incredibly passionate relationship from 'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story'. I had no idea they were once so in love. The thing is I love this about Weird Al, he has never tolerated the pretentiousness that famous artists tend to gather around themselves sometimes like Madonna or Lady Gaga, creating this bullshit almost mystical persona. They're just people trying to work an angle, not modern demigods. I will always respect him for cutting straight through that.
Lol I came here to say the same thing. I saw the queen movie and really didn't like how much they manipulated and got wrong, so for him to make a completely fake movie is just so perfect.
@@mezlabor I've heard that about her, she seems cool. I don't want to insinuate at all that she's a bad person, just that there is a certain amount of artifice involved in her career as Lady Gaga, just like Madonna has had in her career. And Weird Al has called them out on it in the past.
Oh my gosh dude, 'A League of Their Own' is one of my all time favorite movies and I did like her in that. I mean, I don't really care for Madonna but she was pretty good in that movie.
