@@variant7228 For me his content is something fresh in the current scenario. That's the fact which makes him stand out for me. I think he will get better with his content. And most people don't realise his jokes due to usage of Tamil and Malayalam. As a malyali, I can clearly understand his references. I won't say he is at the top or something. Its the other way around bro. Achara knows about Indian history pretty better than jaby himself. I think the guests are the good option for history related videos. Trailers and songs should be done by Jaby and Achara so that they can have a deep discussion about the movie rather than explaining it to the guests each time.

Idli is like the heavy weight champion breakfast of South india and sometimes eaten for dinner as well...It's made with rice and urud dal and made into a fermented batter which is steamed in round shapes... And extremely healthy and tasty depending on the side dish...

Idly is not made of EGG it's made by batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice or millets. baking soda is added to mixture & it gets fermented overnight & it gets water steamed.Its very much healthy for everyone even if you are on diet.

I'm having idly right now it's basically a fermented rise cake. It's like raise you have it with almost every grevy. Usually sambar- daal veggies and sambar masala and coconut chutney- coconut green chilli, Bengal gram dal AKA chickpea, turmerin, mustard, curry leaves and coconut oil

idly (veg) is mostly eaten in eaten in southern Indian States eaten with sambhar and some chutneys. btw I am from north India ( uttarakhand ) but I am a big fan of idly and Peanut chutlney. jaby bro visit southern India, go for Trekking or rafting and eat lots of south indian food .. you'll will enjoy it... but come for a month this time.

I can confirm that rumali roti was infact used as wrapper for slow indirect cooking in pit. Secondary it started being used as soaking access oil and masala. But it was always edible for poor people. Rumal literary means towel. Today's rumali roti are posh version of it with expensive masala ingredients.

Idli is nothing but mix of rice and urad dal soaked in water for some hrs and then grinded and left to ferment. Then poured into the idli mould and steamed and served with sambhar or chutney mostly
