Edit: So it seems this issue was being caused by a new anticheat system that Planetside quietly rolled out, and that it took umbrage with my laptop's touchpad, as once I disabled the touchpad this issue stopped occurring entirely. If you're legit but still having issues with the anticheat and you play on a laptop, try doing that.
The first two clips didn't include me showing my ping because I originally took them to show outfitmates who wanted to know what I was complaining about, but they had the same general ping as shown in the rest of the clips.
