I might as well share a trick with the Bullet Bill mask; Wall jump off a wall, and hold the jump button and towards the wall to fly to the wall. Release jump before you hit it, repeat wall jumping and flying, and you can scale walls as long as you have fuel (recovered by landing). Unsure how many levels can have this, but it's a good new cheese strategy.
