I was working on this house and for some reason the alarm kept going off when the owners and there dog had gone out all day. Had to investigate since the house was medieval.
Ahh I know why it's going off. When you had the camera in the kitchen windows there is a cat flap so there must have been a cat that had come in and tripped the kitchen PIR because it sounded like an old scantronic control panel so there wouldn't have been pet immune PIRS installed. Plus if a can did come through it definitely would of tripped because of how high the flap was its probably right in the PIRS sight. :D
The problem is the outside siren is a siren and the inside one is a speaker. They need different amounts of power which is making the inside alarm sound so weird.
Although I can see where you are coming from, as have seen a few cockups mainly from diyers who connect the likes of 12v sound bombs to the alarm panel speaker output, this will indeed make very weird alarm noise or worst case scenario blow the panel amplifier.
@@JHZ_7908 just because the rest of the system is Scantronic, doesn’t mean that the bell box is Scantronic, it might be a Gardtec box or a Texecom or pyronix or something
I think there is only one alarm going off in this house because that tiny alarm at the beginning was a burglar alarm from another old house just a block away at 0:15
It's such a coincidence because there is another house a block away with a normal alarm going off and with this haunted house having a broken panel box
And it can't be a bell box because it's having the digital electrical alarm, like any burglar alarm and it's not ringing like an old Red bell at schools
