In today's video, watch as I troubleshoot my SimpliSafe Gen 3 auxiliary siren, which was having some strange issues. Luckily, I was able to get them resolved! In general, I really like this siren. It is a great product from SimpliSafe, and I strongly recommend it, even if it does have its qwerks. But, that is something all wireless security systems have, not just SimpliSafe. And in the end, having a wireless security system and dealing with an issue from time to time that most of the time can be easily resolved is going to be a whole lot easier for most people than pulling wire or programming a zone for a Honeywell Vista. I do recommend auxiliary sirens on whatever system you have, just because a very loud alarm can go a long way as far as deterring a burglar. I like mine because the built-in siren on the base station just really isn't the best. Anyway, hope you enjoy the video!
