The grading company is called PSA . first you need membership then you choose a tier & submit the cards fill in the online form & send it to them . before sending cards its best to check condition make sure no scratches or whitening or damage or factory errors yourself before sending. they will then check the card & determine the grade & encapsulate it into a slab.
