What bothers me the most about this entire fiasco, is the flippant disrespect towards our legal system and laws set in place. It bothers me that as an average citizen, I could never get away with any of this

If he claims EP, he is admitting guilt - the records are official, and belong at the Archives. No matter what the Master investigator finds in those documents that doesn’t change the fact that he is not allowed to have those documents with him ….he already broke the law by having those documents.

The big problem for the lawyers is that if they try to defend the documents as declassified, they risk being disbarred, and Trump won’t shut up, but he isn’t the one in court

I just finished watching today’s Deadline show with Nicole Wallace including this segment . I just can’t say enough about Nicole. She is such an incredible interviewer, she listens so effectively and is able to ask such great follow up questions to her guests. She’s always so prepared and I am always impressed with the caliber and quality of guests she is able to get to appear on her show. She is my go to person to watch because I know I am going to get relevant information. I feel such a comfort level watching and listening to her show. I trust her because she knows her stuff, is so intelligent, and professional. I have had the same respect for Rachel Maddow but now we don’t have her to be able to watch as often. I continue to watch Lawrence O’Donnell on Last Word and Chris Hayes as often as I can . I am also a huge fan of Meidas Touch on You Tube who are phenomenal. I just feel a strong need to keep as informed as I can and these people help so much👏. I am a senior citizen and am grateful I have more opportunities to be able to watch and listen as often as I can but am concerned so many people have so many other things to do just to be able to take care of their families and try to have a sustainable job and so many daily stressful concerns 😞 Just keep trying and do whatever you are able to do. Vote Blue, take care of yourselves and each other.

Whether or not the documents are classified is a “if a tree falls in the woods…” argument. Evidence of any declassification must by definition, exist within the government, or it didn’t happen. Furthermore, it has to be dated prior to 1/20/21.
