If I have a court order to take my son to see his dad and he's too young to take a bus at 5 yrs old so I drove him while under suspension to meet the courts demands and I did 30 days in jail no bond then why can Trump get a day off lying to the judge to go to his sons graduation but gets to skip that and go to a fundraiser instead without going to jail?

Stormy admitted she owes trump money after losing a court battle. She admitted she to taking money. She admitted to get money paid to a trust to defeat a court order for costs. Wire fraud, contempt for a court order, conspiracy to defraud. And this is a key witness. The other prosecutor witnesses are convicted liars, and in prison. Yet still not evidence Donald paid her, let alone that this was to interfere with an election, nor that such a thing would be illegal. Remember Hilary, paid for the Steele document to be created. MSNBC is a baying crowd loving sleaze. The judge let the sleaze in. Hilary paid to create the Steel dosier and was fined for it. 50 FBI etc said it was true. We know it is now faked to influence the election. Wheres the charges. Hunters laptop was real despite the lies. Believe what you want, but stop being so gullible.

I've been waiting for that since 2016. That said, ex-president Donnie did have that little stroke in the summer of '16 (remember the glass?) After all, he was a person of high power, and she was just an ordinary person. How significant is it to the jury that Trump has been demonstrated to have lied about this case multiple times, like when the jury saw video of him saying that he never heard of any of these women (Daniels & McDougal), when there has been much corroborated evidence in court that he certainly did know of them? Does this influence the jury to think that he is lying about other aspects of the case too?

Because her veracity is at issue, the details are necessary bc it wasn’t filmed, or recorded…so his attys should’ve stipulated to something related to that, so those details wouldn’t be in the parameters of what could be covered in her testimony.

None, there is no case. The Federal Elections Commission and the DOJ didn't prosecute Trump on Campaign Funding Violation because Federal Law Requires The Payment Couldn't Have Been Intended For Anything Else "EXCEPT THE CAMPAIGN." These payments could have been used to hide the affair from Trump's wife or protect his business reputation. But the corrupt Judge forbids Trump's Defence Counsel from explaining the Federal Law to the 95% all-Democrat NY City Jury.
