Weki meki is disbanding after this song 😭😭😭😭

I just can’t believe the last comeback (before this) was 2 years ago. WekiMeki deserved so much better, they delivered solid releases consistently!

So Candy Shop is from Brave Entertainment, the same company that Brave Girls is from. They’re well, have a history is putting their own groups second. Brave sound was responsible for some hit songs that made up 2nd gen kpop. I really hope with this new group, they can learn from brave girls and manage them correctly.

When I saw the fireworks in the Cignature mv I already knew you'd hate it, but the song is so fresh 😂

CSR is coming out with a Japanese debut next month so this isn't being called a pre-release, but it feels like one. I really enjoyed Pretty Mob; it's not in the same vein as their previous releases, but it's not such a hard pivot that it's jarring (looking at you, Ven Para!). But I'm also getting sick of songs being so short; 2:26 is insane.

Thank you for reacting to Weki Meki’s CounciDestiny. So sad that it is officially the end for my second fave gg, but no new music since 2021 meant this was inevitable. Will always be thankful Weki Meki gave me so many of my favorite songs! Fingers crossed that my ult gg, fromis_9, really gets a comeback in August.

Sadly CSR’s Pretty Mob is the title track. I’m disappointed in their company for giving up their signature sound and this felt very lazy tbh after a 1 year, 3 month hiatus. Their Japan debut is July 3rd with a mini album but I suspect it’ll be a Jp version of this song since the title is the same as this single. Thanks for the reaction as always 💕

CoinciDestiny is not my fav Weki Meki track by far but I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE THEM BACK! Utter shame it is under these circumstances after dropping one of my favorite KPOP albums of all time, but it is what it is. I also felt the same way about Don't Cry, it had me in that intro and the prechorus but the rest just wasn't for me :/ Pretty Mob is nice but I kinda wish (despite me liking this song) that CSR stuck with their original sound; it was a sound that was really missing in the market and since they released it no one else has filled that spot again. 풍덩 was perfectly serviceable, didn't give me any desire to listen to it again after my first listen but I probably wouldn't skip it if it came on randomly.

Is CoinciDestiny no longer available for anyone else?! Dropping that (very cheap looking) MV with no fanfare and then immediately removing it IS CRAZY. FANTAGIO? HELLO? Weki Meki has always deserved better than them, ugh.
