As autumn goes and winter comes, people in the village begin to slaughter the pigs for the coming new year. It's not as lively as the past, and only our family and my aunt's are busy working together. We slaughtered a pig raised by uncle Ping, and I made many dishes with various parts of the pig. The whole family enjoyed the annual pig feast to welcome the coming new year!

Iyap bener, aku dah ngikutin channel ini dari lama. Belajar bumbu masakan ala cina dari dianxi. Meski di sini bahan utamanya adalah babi. Jd nambah ilmu juga sih, oh gitu ya cara motong babi dan bagian bagiannya. Biasa kan tahunya sapi, klo kurban idul adha. Ya lebih menghargai kultur org lain sih.
