Personally, I think a 3D, open-world Yoshi game would work really well! It would also be pretty sick if each of the colored Yoshis had their own powers and abilities. That's a pretty good idea!

A 3D Yoshi that plays like Forgotten Land can work and Good Feel has worked with 3D before with the Goemon 3D Spiritual Successor.

Goodfeel doesn't work with Nintendo anymore. Crafted World is their last Nintendo game.

@@Austinator0630 Are u sure? And I thought Good Feel was a Nintendo owned Studio. And technically the Goemon Spiritual Successor would be the last game they made with Nintendo and can u please send me the link to where u got that information about Good Feel.

@@FTChomp9980 After Crafted World, they developed Monkey barrels which was released on the switch without promotion from Nintendo. They're currently developing a japan-only adventure game called Mameda no Bakeru.

We already had Yoshi in a lot of 3D Mario Games like Sunshine, Galaxy 2, 64 DS and Odyssey, a 3D Yoshi's Island could work well and is a childhood dream coming true

Honestly, Mario Odyssey yoshi should have given nintendo plenty of ideas. Since Odyssey made yoshi very flexible in movement

What if: Each Yoshi’s eggs and tounge works differently from each other, and even cooler would be giving them each an old mario ability attached to their eggs. Example: If the light blue yoshi ground pounds his eggs, it would launch him into the sky like the rocket nozzle

One thing I’ve always loved about both the yoshi and the yoshi island series is that most of them are based on arts and crafts. The yoshi island games look like something that was drawn with colored pencils and crayons and don’t even get me started on wooly world and crafted world which cranked that art theme to the max and I’m in love with it. I can’t wait to see what a arts and crafts theme 3D game would look like

Game: Yoshi’s Island Tour Description: Hop on a Yoshi’s Back, and Prepare some Eggs, as you Explore Yoshi’s Island in a New Way. Story: (Uhm) An evil Species destroy something that will doom the Yoshi’s, and it’s to Yoshi, Poochy, and Birdo and to stop that species before it’s too late. I have ideas for what Yoshi’s have different abilities: first off all Yoshis would be able to eats and throw eggs Green: flutter jump Red: fire Blue: faster but less of a jump Pink: light weight Cyan: ice Purple: poison (it would decay specific surfaces or foe) Yellow: eggroll it could work like it does in smash Orange: produces 2 eggs after eating something Black:invisibility White:mid air jump Hope y’all like these ideas :)

I've always wanted a full 3D Yoshi platformer where you could explore the entire island from Yoshi's Island! But a Kirby and the Forgotten Land style game would probably work the best.

I think the storyline should be that bowzer jr gets mad at mario for killin his father so he makes a poison gas and lets it out and makes everyone evil but since yoshi was takin a nap on yoshis hill which is really high up the gas didnt get to him the gas wears down eventualy and he goes down and every kingdom should have a charachter yoshi has to defeet luigi, mario, wario, donky kong, king boo and so on, the collectible should be orbs because the poisomist ( the poison gas ) became chunks that blocks yoshi from going on. the only thing to make that go away is the orbs.

Somehow I did not think of that, and neither did Nintendo. I would have thought similar ideas like how the transformation bubbles would be like the mouthful modes in Kirby.

a linear level based 3D Yoshi game would be awesome I think the Yarn/Wool style would definitely be a good way to go but I also think they shouldn't try to incorporate into the subtitle. That style or in general a constant change in style should be normal for Yoshi and not something shoved into the title. I'd love to see a 3D yoshi but I'd like to see some older/currently unused franchises come back alot more Ice climbers for example

Here’s my idea for a 3d Yoshi: The modern Yoshi games draw inspiration from various arts and crafts aesthetics. Since this game is going to be 3d, it would be absolutely amazing if it had the aesthetic of Yoshi-themed dioramas. Each level (or world if it’s sandbox) would be a different diorama for Yoshi to explore.

After the mixed bag of crafted world, we need a remaster of Woolly World to show that the style can work, because it’s the superior game, and because nobody bought the WiiU besides myself and 11 other people. If they just port the 3DS version but with actually good graphics I would be satisfied.

Yoshi’s franchise is more of a kiddie like game, so them making a new 3d game for yoshi would be Rare and it will probably not be as fun as a 2d yoshi game

I would want the 3D Yoshi game to be completely original and ditch the whole arts and crafts theme from the previous two games, to make the world feel more beautiful and alive. A few returning bosses can come back for this new 3D game but it will have mostly newer bosses like a giant Ukikis and a giant Zeus Guy.

IMO I think it’s nice for every 2d platformer from Nintendo to do 3d platformer at least once, but I don’t think that every game needs to be open world.

have this 3D Yoshi game have 8 worlds instead of 6. Maybe take the whole Paper Mario aspect or the Wooly World of Yoshi games where each boss had a unique boss theme. I actually liked how each world boss had a unique theme. You can bring Burt the Bashful back as a mini-boss since he has been a boss in every single one of these Yoshi games... and he is iconic. You can maybe create new original bosses of unique enemies.

I know they'll show it on the biggest Nintendo Direct. A new 2D and 3D Yoshi game with 8 worlds. Some of levels will have spring with cherry blossoms🌺🌸 and grasslands 🏞️. Summer with desert 🏜️ and beach🏝️. Jungle and forest level. Autumn levels 🍂🍁. Haunted houses. Castles. Fortresses. Caves. Ninja levels. Samurai levels. Snow winter levels🏔️☃️. Haunted land areas. Mountain levels ⛰️. Sky cloud Levels 🌫️. With starry skies at night. Airships. And volcano levels 🌋. That's what they'll show. And I hope you can get to create your own levels on new Yoshi game. . So. . I know they'll have 8 worlds. Like World 1. World 2. World 3. World 4. World 5. World 6. World 7. World 8.

My biggest hopes for the next Yoshi game (3D or not) would be: -A fresh artstyle that isn't the overdone (imo) arts and craft one -Either Yoshi color options with unique abilities, or bring in something like the babies with different powers mechanic from Yoshi's Island DS. Just not with the DK64 effect of not being able to switch powers easily. -Leave the Yoshi's Island SNES time period alone, and just be a Modern time period Yoshi game. Either introducing a new villain, or just do SOMETHING interesting with Bowser. Heck maybe let Kamek be the sole bad guy. A Kamek final boss fight could go crazy. -For the love of everything, put respect on this franchise in terms of music again. Please. This series has been so mid with it since the original, and its a crime.

Your videos are great, but I'm going to be brutally honest. Honestly not everything needs to become 3d. Atleast, not open world 3d. Something like Kirby can work, but I know for certain not ever game needs to be open world
