Its pretty obvious the current model will not work indefinitely. I really admire those willing o step out and try something different. Hard road ahead. I wish you the best.

I'm interested in starting a Housing Co-op in Charlotte, is there anyone that can offer any advice? Particularily needing help finding a real estate attorney that knows about co-ops Edit: I found one thru the Cooperative Council of NC..one step closer 😁

Thanks for asking! There's all kinds of opportunities to get involved, both on the farm and in the building of the community and village. I recommend becoming a member by completing a JOIN form at www.commonground.eco/become-a-member/
