To help with the Economic Development for the County, I'd highlight and focus more on the quality of neighborhoods that offer new housing- employers want to see the type of homes/neighborhoods their employees can move into. Gatling Pointe, Founders Pointe, Cypress Creek, Eagle Harbor are just a few of the newer communities in recent years.
