Can you provide how much rent is for that size apartment? I’m about to pay 26,500 for 40m and i think that’s a lot for such a small space

Hi! Thanks for watching my video! 💛 In Mexico City, rent can vary a lot depending on the neighborhood. For a 40m² apartment, 26,500 MXN is high, but it is "normal" if you're looking in areas like Roma, Condesa, Polanco, Juarez, Cuauhtémoc. I'd say that some apartments like the one I'm renting can range from 25K to 45K MXN in those zones. Hope this helps :D
