I love how that stone table and seating is now in such a beautiful spot, that it can be seen and treasured forever. I love how you are building rooms to create interest around the property. You never know what you're going to find around the next corner. Hope along the way you build pergolas and rose covered harbours with a couple of chairs and a table somewhere to read a good book and enjoy a nice cuppa. I have said before as many have the work ethic you are teaching Crusoe and even Sawyer is a life lesson and they don’t even know as they are just having fun as they learn. Well done mommy and daddy. Just look at what your young neighbour has for work ethics which he was taught by his family. Your table will be so used and it’s in a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful yard you are so dedicated to. John you must be exhausted by the end of the day. I love this beautiful family. Take care.

In the U.S., I use a product called "Wet & Forget" to clean mold and mildewed stone. It does not contain bleach and does not have to be rinsed. If you can find it in Portugal you might find it very beneficial and labor saving. Keep up the good work.

João reminds me of my 17 year old son who is at collage doing a course in Personal training. He is so strong now. So good to see a young man with so much knowledge and understanding in doing projects like this. Like my sons he just knows how to fit things together and has confidents in ability. So good to see. John first thing, please be careful with your shoulder. Second, we taught our border collie to dig and he didn’t stop. He dug up my carrots. lol I’m still missing him. Your homestead is looking beautiful - the stone picnic table is perfect where you’ve put it! Missed Sawyer today 🙁, but Crusoe was cute as always. Joel is such a hard worker…would love to hear more about him! Good morning to the Newby family! Obi has given up on being a digger. So cute! Caruso as project manager is just so sweet. By the time he is 15 or 16, I imagine Caruso will be heading towards being a pretty competent builder like his dad. I get a blood test every year with my physical. I believe in preventative medicine. The practice of the same depends on the day. 🤷 Nice job on the stone floor around the stone table. Blessed Be!

Can I make a suggestion with Obie? Instead of saying ‘Good boy’ or Good dog’, say ‘ Good sit’ or ‘Good lie down’ , ‘Good come’ it helps make the connection between the command and the positive reinforcement. Use it or lose it but it helped with my dogs.

I think your trip to Iceland was at the right time. The blue lagoon being shut for a time must have been heartbreaking as it’s such a popular destination. I love the location of the stone table, great job again.

Your kid and dog need to be removed from potentially dangerous situations, moving boulders like that could jam their toes/paws and then you'd have to hurry and help move that heavy stuff again while they scream in pain? Annoying to watch. The job of a parent is to *drumroll* parent.

I am so thankful for your family I was in a very sad mood before I put this on but your little guy Caruso he just makes me so happy I cannot wait to see him when he is bigger he is going to grow to be a big man I believe and he is going to be so smart and handy like Daddy and Mom and Joelle❤ thank you for sharing your family with me it helps a lot because I am by myself a lot maybe 2 days a month I am not

Love seeing John's great design ideas...especially that massive lawn...coming alive!! Loved seeing that lawn from above, seeing where it is placed and the over view of your farm...beautiful!! Caruso with his mismatched boots and one even on the wrong foot!!...but he didn't let it slow him down! Obi has fit in to your family so well too...thiroughly enjoyed this video!!

Wow! The aerial veiw of the farm is changing so much and it is beautiful. Your little helpers are so much fun watching, but I know you all get stressed with them at time, but that's okay❤, John is was so sweet with the high five to Crusoe. Wow! Such back breaking work…but so worth it. Moving those two end seats for the table was truly hard. The end result is so worth it…especially putting those stones under the table. Joao is such an incredible help to you and Jon. Loved Crusoe and Obi helping. 😅

Pleasing to see how active and helpful your new fur buddy is ! He is The best fit having found his perfect family. Your outside umbrella shade is darling and I can’t help but ask where it has come from. Moving the stones and Crusoe’s muscle was fun to see come together. Your tile design as well as the landscape are making a great showing. Much to keep tuned in for. Cute to see number one son saying nice things about his beautiful mum. Then “Look at me!” got super dad high 5 recognition. It’s another sweet week with the Newbys. Thank you. Your neighbors are also top notch.
