I work at the UPS Worldport and those PW4000s sound exactly like the real thing at idle, they're by far the most realistic engine sounds for an aircraft in the simulator. You all have done an incredible job bringing this plane to life, I can't wait to fly it later.

I've worked on the PW4000 on both the 767 and the 747, and this is so exciting! They sound great! Bulletproof engines. I love them! True workhorses. They can take anything you throw at them.

25:27 - That reduction in sound as the aircraft climbs *is* realistic in principal, but it's been exaggerated to great an effect in this aircraft. During the take off, with TO N1, the cockpit sounds like the pilot is *not* wearing a headset, whereas after 25:30, it sounds exactly like a noise cancelling headset has been put on. That's a noticeable inconsistency. I hope the effect can be kept, but reduced / balanced out a little.

Agree. The difference in sound between T/O and upper climb is far too great. I have tui turn the volume up.

could be intentional/the audio mix of the video. pitch and tone-wise, its the same, just quieter after 25:30. this was likely done so the MSFS audio doesn't overpower the vocal.

Engine oil temp was raising for both engines at the same time even only engine one was started in the video. Seems like a bug at least in this preview build! Cheers...

UPS ops here I come. Hopefully SU15 is released soon. Can not wait. The added en route map and landing calculator completes this aircraft and cements Inibuilds as one of the best high fidelity devs out there.

Great update, thank you very much. One question I do have, in the old radio/com layout there is a tcas panel with the option to enhance the tcas display range from 6 to 12nm using a switch. Is it simply not present in the new idc?

HI iniBuilds, great stuff! Looks like the uplink/downlink arrow are reverse sense?..should be up arrow when sending (uplink) and down arrow when receiving (downlink). So for example when sending logon request, in the message log it should be up arrow (uplink), then when receiving logon approval it should be down arrow (downlink). It is UPlink TO the station and DOWNlink FROM the station, not downlink to the station and uplink from the station..

I have an issue with the a300 the rudders will move on the tail but the aircraft won’t actually turn? And I have assistance options off

I have some feedback for you guys. I am getting really bad performance on my pc for the pw model. my gpu is on an extreme low load while my cpu is on higher load then usual. it is specially bad at big airports, in comparison with the GE model I get 70-80 fps at klax, I am getting 35-46 with the Pw model. to summarize this the model is putting more load on the cpu than the gpu. amd5800x3d/gpu RTX 4090.

This is fantastic. Will test this on Vatsim once I'm back home. I would love to see an Inibuilds A340 at some point, too. Oh the only wish for this a/c is for an update for flap 15.

Would you guys consider trying to make the passanger cabin work on the a300 for xbox Perhaps AFTER SU15 Hopefully the sim could handle it And be more performance friendly after su15.

I updated the A300 600 and , following your vidéo , i have my registration with HOPPIE. i received a code made up of lowercase and uppercase letters and a number . There woud always be a marketplace delay so i think it wil be around 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives on the marketplace

There are a lot of things that don't work on XBOX SX. No cargo is visible in the luggage, there is no maintenance staff. What is shown in the advertisement and half does not work on consoles. In general, one disappointment. The only thing that is implemented is improved textures. I was really hurt, I hope everything will be fixed.

two seperate modules - we can't make it an EFB option due to the plethora of changes in the cfg files.

And if it would be really buggy in the real plane (which I doubt), then the goal of an accurate simulation should be to emulate all these bugs exactly as they are in real life. And I'm pretty sure Inibuilds didn't do that. They just introduced their own bugs. So it should be fixed one way or the other.

Recently bought your A300 for little to more than $70 on xbox. The plane doesn’t have a cabin. Very detailed but no cabin at all. The description of it also stated it featured a cabin but no sentences or points saying there was no cabin on xbox. Pretty disappointing since I’d expected more for the A300 on xbox. If you could give me information about if there is a cabin coming to xbox or not please let me know.

I went on showcase to look into the plane but i dont see a cabin. Even when I roam the aircraft there isnt it just shows windows only

@@EyeSpyMyLittleEye - Apparantly the PC version has the cabin (that's why I was insisting there was a cabin), but the Xbox version does not have the cabin - to save on system resources.

Engines still completely misses TO thrust target (25:00) and oil temperature isn't simulated and follows EGT instead (20:20). Ini please...

It's a flex thrust takeoff so it's hitting the target close to exactly. A small under or over shoot is expected as well.

@@FSFLIGHTproductions nah it's a bug. Look at the difference between commended versus stabilised thrust. The CF6 version has the same issue and always stabilises above the N1 target by +1% (which is a lot). The "it's an old plane with older tech" excuse only goes so far.

@@someairplanenerd2417 Yes, this bug is getting annoying. It seems to be more of an issue for high derates. I took off yesterday with a flex temp of 43, and the thrust setting was right on the money.
