Welcome to the Mini Factory in Oxford! As a part 2 to my weekend getaway, I took at tour around the Mini factory in Oxford to see how the Mini's, including my John Cooper works are made.
In this video, you get to see inside the Mini Factory Museum but unfortunately I wasn't able to record in the factory itself.
Get this... they produce 1000 cars A DAY ! With one coming out every 1 minute and 7 seconds! All cars are sold cars for customers and 80% of the cars produced in Oxford are exported all around the world! If you've got a BMW Mini 3 door, 5 door or Clubman, chances are it was made in Oxford!
It was awesome to see how the processes work perfectly to produce these brilliant cars!
