Ryan and Rob have made an ordinary city and a small football club so famous across the world, they have done wonders for Wrexham and Wales through this show and their club takeover. I expect them to be in the premier league in the next 10 years or so but before that they will need a major stadium size increase.
They're already nearly a class 4 stadium. The main things that need to be done are actually increasing the size of press areas and some required CCTV tech. Their capacity is over 8000 so it's already "big enough" by UEFA standards.
I mean look at Luton, they're in the PL and their stadium is barely up to par, and that's put it in nice, because The Racecourse might be better than Luton's. Also going back to Luton, they made it back to the 1st division in 6 years, but they're fighting to barely stay there. I think they should take things slowly, and plan for future continued success. The plan should not only be to make it, but to stay and be a continued member of the 1st division. EPL title? Well that's a dream that's gonna continue being a dream for a long time, with today's football economy and the top continuing to grab the best talent, maybe an FA Cup or a Carabao Cup is more realistic. Leicester City's run only happens maybe once in a century, and that's with everything going your way. I don't think that's gonna be repeated for a long while. But I can't wait to see the new season, and even more now after knowing they got promoted.
Reynolds sold Aviation, of which he had partnered with the two local Oregon founders, a few years ago now. It was bought by the British multinational corporation Diageo - the same company that bought Clooney’s Casamigos. But yes, it is nice to see Aviation sponsor Wrexham.
As much as we despised Wrexham as a Stockport fan I really respect the way they've handled when they lost out 2 seasons ago, won the title last season and it was a 3 horse race between us, Wrexham and Mansfield and even though we one-upped Wrexham TWICE now, it's a pleasure to come up with you guys and I shall be watching this year's documentary not just because of the 5-0 win at home but hoping for a party atmosphere next weekend on the final day of the season.
For one who never cared to follow a sports team, you guy got me solid! The whole daffodil thing sealed it...daffodils are one of my top 5 favorite flowers!! But the spirit of the players, of the team...I saw what Ryan & Rob saw...players who are good...but needed that knowledge that they CAN BE GREAT..and that is what R&R delivered to them. The belief. The hard work. A bit of money to refresh things. And the genuine love and affection and belief is what helps create a winning team. Even without a cup, Wrexham is already a winning team!
Ryan Reynolds my mum is an absolute fan. Thank you for making her smile when she is so sick. Wrexham is a great story with amazing people. What you and Rob have done for the town snd especially for Wales is nothing short of amazing. Thanks for taking us along on this awesome journey.
The creators/editors of this show do such an incredible job capturing and sharing the human stories of everyone involved. It’s no wonder that many who have been feature are now experiencing some celebrity of their own.
Wow, I just finished season 2 and went looking for season 3 release date, only to find you had just posted this! Amazing story, amazing club. Sending well wishes from Australia.
The truly wonderful thing about this documentary is that while the show does of course follow the up's and down's of the team's season, that is only a portion of the content. Each season has given us greater insight into the players, fans, city, and even the sport itself. I wasn't surprised in the least when they won an emmy, and I can't wait to see what season 3 has to show us. UP THE TOWN!!!
I’ve watched and played football since I could remember life and at some point I fell off but Wrexham brought me back with how much heart the players put on the pitch and the town puts their whole soul into cheering them on. I’ve gotten won back into the game bigger than ever thank to you lot and I wanna give a huge thank you and all my love and support from Houston Texas can’t wait to stand next to fellow fans wearing red against Chelsea this summer! Go Wrexham!!
as i newcastle fan i love watching it not just because of the change of the club but the effect it has on all the people of wrexham not just the fans, great story
I been binge watching season 2 and I was in tears! Amazing job by the Doc crew. I can feel it in my blood and skin how I am turning into a dragon. A little late to the party but, ¡come Wrexham! Congratulations
Brilliant tie in with Season 3/Rocky 3's 'Eye of the Tiger'! We all know how this season ends and I can't wait to see it all play out!!!!!! Brilliant trailer, brilliant team, brilliant management, brilliant fans, brilliant story we all get to share in! Thank you Ryan and Rob! Love from Melbourne! UP THE TOWN!!!!!
@@susangrant6154 matter of opinion, watching two sets of blokes kick a ball around for 90 minutes is just so bloody boring to me … and don’t get me started on the women’s football, they’re even worse (and I can say that because I am a woman) 🥱🥱🥱
This is f☆☆☆☆ brilliant !!! Come on Wrexham! Evereybody around the world routing for you guys! Great job for every employee to the organization!! ROB AND RYAN ! YOU GUYS ARE LEGENDS!WITH NO FOOTBALL KNOWLEGDE TOU MANAGED TO MAKE THIS DREAM ONGOING! CANT WAIT FOR WHAT IS NEXT TO COME!
That moment when you can change the little things, big things are being able to happen.. ryan&rob did made the right choice. They threw a stone in the water, which ripples forward.ive got so much respect for taking the risk& effort.. its bringing back hope in humanity... Im hoping that people are going to realise this..
Thanks Ryan and Rob for this fantastic experience. You’ve given us the opportunity to become fans of a team from afar. Not solely because of their on field play, but because of the town’s and club’s stories that you’ve showcased. Being a fan is about becoming emotionally invested and you’ve provided an avenue for millions to do just that. Now you just have to work on TV rights for the games haha. LETS GO WREXHAM!
I'm from eastern europe. as a kid i always played either fm games or fifa with liverpool but always after a couple of seasons i used to get bored and switch it to afc wrexham and went to premier league and won everything. love to see it in real life.
Can't wait for season 4, when Ivan Drago comes in and "he must break them" around mid-season. Then last match is the big rematch for the Championship and Premier League promotion 🎉.. No spoilers
When we’re talking about underdog stories in this sport, other than Bayer Leverkusen just winning the Bundesliga for the first time in club history, the story behind Wrexham right now might be the next best one. You just love to see this happen!🎉🙏🏻
I was never into the u.s. soccer league aka football but Ive always loved other football teams in other countries because they are more exciting to watch.
