A California native, Anne Apra comes from a long line of restaurateurs, caterers and great cooks starting with her grandfather, Nonno, a festive cook in the Italian army. It is from these roots and the philosophy of “feed an army” that she began her culinary journey spanning the past 20+ years in the food service industry including special event & wedding planning, too.
As the inspiration and shining “Star” of “Catering Tips 101”, Anne not only specializes in high-end, personalized culinary services but also she has created and hosted several food series to include “How to Create an Italian Feast” and “SoCal Cuisine”. Currently, Anne can be seen in her latest starring role as the culinary instructor for EngAge: The Art of Active Aging where she teaches seniors in the art of fun & healthy meals.

By providing white-glove attention to her clients and maintaining long-term relationships, Anne creates intimate, individualized events, customized in style and food faire.
