Follow me on twitter for more content @DemonDan14 Season 2 SF6 Zangief...Using Zangief (maybe Honda a bit as well as Guile) for season 2 while I wait for Alex and Hugo DLC. #demondan14 #sf6 #streetfighter6
I've been grinding Dhalsim and it's like 90 percent Akuma Just gotta keep pushing and practicing, the benefit of fighting so many Akumas is getting that matchup knowledge
When I'm on a losing streak. I stop playing fighting games, and fire up some SMT title, so that I get fucked up by RNG and not by my lack of skill. Tho sometimes the RNG is a harder pill to swallow. So yeah, dopamine left the building a long time ago.
@@evilmousse1 But if Akuma's Raging Demon was closer (touching), would it even allow you to do it? Tried to pull off Zangief lvl 3 on Akuma touching distance Raging Demon. But it seems to be a forced transition into cutscene at that range
@@RyanCooper101 No, I can't speak intelligently from experience. Just that I remember hearing that fact about buffering supers during enemy supers, and my general impression that the 2nd super tends to win, barring some obvious rock beats scissors scenarios
@@evilmousse1 Okay i just switched to Modern controls for easier spam. Yes, as long as you're blocking or parrying 1st hit of Raging Demon you WILL be able to do Zangief's 3 and destroy Akuma. Going to try setting up the Akudummy to do drive rush Raging Demon now (will edit when find out) Edit: Made Akudummy DR->Raging Demon, i was still able to lvl 3 his ass. My loyal fans!
@@RyanCooper101no, Akuma s super would beat out anything then since it comes out on frame one. The whole point of Raging demon is that if you perform it at point blank range and the opponent wasn’t jumping (or pulling an invincible move like ex dp) before the animation started, they’re going to get hit no matter what. In this case the Akuma didn’t pull off the demon qjockey enough which lead to the light punch coming out beforehand, which was just enough to push them aback and give Gief breathing room to buffer lvl 3. That actually happens way more often in casual play than you could imagine
As a new SF fan ( as in, I just started getting into SF6 about a week ago) I'm convinced that the only reason Capcom implemented that blue-outlined block thing is so they have an excuse to make Zangeif flex on his opponent mid match and no one can change my mind.
The idea of this absolutely massive and cartoonishly insane russian man just bullying the shit out of the most powerful and serious character in the series until he's crying and seething is so fucking funny
As a loyal fan myself I'm here to bow down to you my guy your reads are on another level and I had no idea you could do combos like that hats off to you
While watching this video, I legit didn't want it to end. I subscribed immediately. Scanned the channel only to discover I had seen a ton of this guys vids before. Wish I had subbed sooner.
You just know the Akuma that got grabbed out of Raging Demon was punching the air afterwards. That last clip was the literal definition of outplayed though, holy shit.
