Weld to build up inside a diamond setting then secure the diamond 

Building up the setting to set the diamond correctly in a cluster ring. Then I secure the diamond by pushing ticks down from the centre claws with a scorper then welding a tip on. This is all done sitting at the Lampert PUK 3 welder. The cluster is 18ct gold and the welder is set to Gap mode 20% 6 ms to build up the setting then Standard mode 25% 7ms to retip the claw. In between doing these welds, I had to sit at my workbench to drill the hole nice and round and set the diamond in, secureing it temporarily with the small amount of claw that was already there.
