Welding School ? Here’s two options  

Hello Chris, Jose from Puerto Rico. I'm 66 man! I'll be getting in my Fronius Transteel 2200 (Bought it from Baker's Gas Welding Supply) and starting to learn welding. I'm retired and welding was something that always caught my eye. I wish I had this opportunity when I was growing up. My 2 daughters already have their respective careers in the beauty world, one of them has 2 kids, so you can call me gramps :-). It's sad that kids today aren't motivated to learn a blue collar trade, but folks like yourself are such an inspiration (I'm motivated!) and hopefully you can get the message across. You're such a positive asset in today's society and I hope the best for yourself and crew. I plan to learn slowly via online training course and practice a lot. Maybe the Fronius I bought will be overkill, but my thinking is: If you're going to make an investment, you might as well make it good for the long haul. Let's see how it goes for me.

I've been a fabricator welder for 30 years no young people in this country are interested we are like rocking horse shit these days good for us but not the future.
