Its been a while since I could get to these VW Beetle engine tins! I was intending to get them sealed up and prepped for paint, but I forgot that they still needed some welding repairs and a little more sandblasting!

Dug out a few more pieces of VW Beetle engine tins and found suitable matches for the parts so as to not need any special welding. More cleanup, things are looking great!
Its time to take the ugly VW Beetle engine engine tins and clean them up to prepare the VW Beetle engine tins for paint! A lot of sandblasting to remove the rust and paint and they tins are beginning to look nice and clean!

Phosphoric pee hole reminds me of a story Haha When I was about 8 my mom was making chili and I was helping by dicing the hot peppers. I went pee without washing my hands and cried for probably 5 hours lmao.

Blahahaha... I was cutting some peppers also and scratched between my sack and thigh when I took a piss break.... didn't get the pee hole but that was bad enough!

After trying many different things to clean the gas tank on my motorcycle inside and out, a friend of mine put me onto your videos and I used phosphoric acid. I left the acid on there and just wiped it off and let it dry on its own and it worked like a charm. Thanks a bunch.

That's actually underway, the first intro video was shot last year... working on some sponsorships for that before we launch. The premise is visiting nightclubs and getting into mischeif..there will be boobs and lots of crude humor... possibly more than RU-vid can handle... maybe I'll get my own nude scene. I'm not much of a nightlife/party person so it's kind of a fish out of water thing for me, but I have no problem chasin' women, haha!

Oh man, that brings back some memories...back in about 1992 I was hanging out with my dad, he was a huge hit sauce fanatic, got me to eat some truly evil habanero sauce. Well I got some on my fingers, and an hour or so later I had to pee, and....yeah, I'll remember that for the rest of my life. I can't imagine phosphoric acid is a whole lot worse than El Yucateco.

I’m glad I wasn’t drinking chocolate milk at 17:45, that was hilarious; I was not expecting it. Thanks for the link to the phosphoric acid. I bought one from Lowes that is made by Loctite and it sucked. I’m going to order the one that you suggested from Amazon.

Well I got to make sure nobody drinks it, pretty certain they wont drink that! Hehehe! Yeah the loctite stuff doesnt quite do it, and naval jelly isn't aggressive enough.

LoL sometimes thats me too! Ugly welds on thin sheet metal are much better than burn through me thinks! LoL I was just gonna grind em anyway to make em flat!

I've used a spray bottle for phosphoric acid. Makes it really easy to get into tight spaces. Also, don't drip it onto the concrete floor.

Yep, spray works well, squirting is a little better, wastes less to the air. I mentioned the concrete in the video... lol!

Thankfully.... NO! LoL! I can't say the same about cutting some peppers in the kitchen though, and taking a trip to the bathroom afterwards. OOPS!
