@@loginavoidence12 They are very lucky guys. Are these surface welders. The realities of underwater welding are a little different and seldom full time or life long.

@@philipboulter8975yeah, surface... they're all certified welders in los angeles. id imagine the pay is lower elsewhere however because of the costs of living. though everyone is going to be paid more because of this absurd inflation. they all got a 25% pay raise negotiated through the union on top of that. but i see what you mean, as far as a manufacturing gig for a small or medium company, they're probably not paid nearly as much with little benefits
