LITERALLY came back to the game to restart my collection. Got the 50 car garage. Got a few cars in there and now WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? Plus all my business I own with garage space. Their stupid af for this
@@Dustygoodz I started playing GTA pretty much on a new account (didn't transfer PS3 file) and was having fun grinding. This just kills it, time to move on. Typical scummy behaviour from these greedy companies
@@AnitaHanjaaab Bro, like seriously, you really think they removed the cars for "improving browsing experience" like seriously, you're that naive? They f ing removed the cars to make people pay the gta+ and nothing else, stop being so innocent please.
@@Steven_Bo1we really had faith they’d turned to “quality of life” but really they do the bare minimum they been sitting on for 5 years to cover up for the drip feed gta+ scam they really focused on🤣🤣💀
Doing car stuff is the only reason why I still play gta online. This is a massive blow. There were so many cars on that list that I had plans to modify.
They're not even "less purchased cars", these are some of the most popular ones on each category. They have literally targeted popular cars to force people to buy the damn plus and check every week for changes.
The purpose of this update was to stop people from buying cheaper cars and make people more likely to buy shark cards/gta+ for when limited timed cars are in a shop. Sadly I doubt this decision is going to be reversed unless people refrain from buying shark cards for these cars or cancel their gta+ subscription as a response.
Rockstar never ceases to amaze me. Downgrade after downgrade each update but somehow they always find a way to make their game worse. Well done Rockstar. 👏🏽
that is a great idea and im sure they thought of ideas that made even more sense. but it’s not about improvement or what makes sense it’s about scamming new dumb players into blowing their money on “rare” 7 year old cars and subscription to gta+ so they can have access to more “rare” 10 year old cars
I really hope everyone starts duplication glitches and screws over Rockstar. Also this update is absolute trash maybe Rockstar just might listen to the community for once or that might be a little to much for them I'm honestly so sick of Rockstar at this point.
The only cars I’m ok with them removing and that make sense is the cars you can steal off the street that’s fine but any car that the only way you can obtain is the website is bs
They removed the way to skip the LS Customs cutscene by switching guns as you drive in but godmode Speedo and the bug where your controls stop responding is still a thing...
The bug where controls stop responding is so stupid.. especially in a middle of a mission. I had it happen and was forced to dashboard and close my game, when I went back in to do that mission again I got the bad sport message.
This is literally the laziest solution they couldve came up with , they couldve reworked the websites and added new ones which would future proof it from clogging up, this way they'll have to remove more later on plus its an attrocious thing to do
An unfortunate (however ironically expected) end for everyone making garages, new players looking for something somewhat decent with stats and protection in a game full of hatred and exploits, and for Rockstar's last few remaining automotive fans over the past few years... A massive salute and farewell to all the vehicles that are now (as of me typing this) locked behind a future pay-wall. o7
Just found this out. If a car is brought into the Auto Shop by a customer it can still be purchased even if removed from websites. Kinda a cool loophole if you get lucky and find something you want
R* : If these idiots will pay a subscription fee they'll go for anything. Non Subscribers: Told you so, and thanks. P. S. It's only gonna get worse...6 will be one gigantic mobile game with a billion microtransactions and I'd bet the "removed" vehicles will be a huge part of the inventory.
@@GreenSharkMediayou sound like a plus fanboy, thank yourself. I never said a word about not playing, I was clearly talking about the subscription and the fact that they used it to gauge how much they could squeeze.
@Grapeseed lol wtf ? How do I sound like a plus fanboy ? I have unistalled the game, and have never spent a penny on it for the 10 years it's been out.
Rockstar next step is to make online only available to gta+ members, then we will see all other game companies do the same to make more money then we will all be paying a subscription just to play the game we already bought online
funny thing is…the only thing making the vehicle browsing experience more of an issue is the new UI. took me 20 minutes to find the sentinel xs last night
Man im so glad i bought all stanced cars, /jdm cars, or any car that looks good lowered, im glad i dont have to worry about missing out on some vehicles
Rockstar effed-up big-time on this one literally the whole reason why I play GTA V is for the vehicles ( edit thanks for all the likes good Day to all of you except Dan h
@@danh2134 I think you forgot that most people on GTA don't have billions and haven't played for all 10 years of the game being out. For newer players this would be terrible.
@@danh2134whats your problem, do you really think every gta player plays the game since the release? And yea, people sell cars when they get bored of it and buy it again. I dont get your point
Remember back in the good old days when you would simply buy a video game? Not so today… today we have to purchase our games but then pay video game taxes to enjoy the bare essentials.
I appreciate your content, and I've been a long-time subscriber. but your subscription to gta+ is partly the reason we keep seeing things like this happening. don't give them your money for this 10 year old game which gets worse after every update. if you care cancel your subscription.
We should fight to bring the cars back to a separate website called like “scrapyard” or something where you can buy lesser used vehicles. Better yet make them like Benny’s cars and have them look like they’re junk and you can buy and restore them.
people were buying the older cars because they are the only ones that are reasonably priced. GTA can't have people buying cars for less than a mil and still being competitive, so they took them away.
The more money you spend on a car the more money Rockstar makes (shark cards, time in game grinding for $, etc.) If you don’t have access to cheap cars you are forced to buy the expensive ones. We lose and rockstar wins. And the more we enable their schemes, the more they’re going to push the limits on how outlandish they are.
I kind of braced myself even at "lesser used." Like I've purchased some vehicles that I'm sure nobody else is interested in, like the Romero. 1. Sometimes I just want to driver around in a hearse. 2. It's named after George Romero. At it's core, GTA is a car centric game and one of the big selling points for a lot of players is the wide variety of cars. Not necessarily the best cars. Sometimes you just want to see if you can take the biggest POS you can find up Mt Chilliad in the snow. If this was actually about "Decluttering the website" all they would need to do is add better filters. Maybe by dropdown menu instead of tabs and add vehicle class, manufacturer, and current sale items. That's it. For the dealership, I think all they'd need to do is have the vehicles you can see upfront have some customization options and maybe have them pre-upgraded at a discount. Like something that already has its Benny's Upgrade, but the upgrade price cooked in is like 50% off. Also, if they want players to spend more in game money and look into options like GTA Plus and Shark Cards, IMO, they should be doing more to showcase existing cars. Good examples are the car sales in from the autoshop and anything with "Export" in the title. Basically lets you test drive a car while trying to make some money. I've bought a few cars because I either liked the handling or the look while doing Exotic Exports. And if they're able to increase the variety of cars on the street to include new cars, I think that would go a long way. The open world basically lets you test drive random cars. They should leverage the sandbox.
They aren't gone and are still available if one comes into your autoshop you can still buy it for the same price that it was. I just bought the Ennis Paragon R and it was supplied by LSCarMeet not Simeons Luxury Autos. This may mean you will still be able to buy cars from the car meet.
wait you can buy any of the cars shown in the LS Car Meet and not just the showcase cars in there? or am I misinterpreting that? Also I figured you would still be able to buy the cars from the Autoshop
@@ienvy_kuro The car came into my autoshop for upgrades and since it had been removed from the game I thought I wonder if I can buy it and I did. However instead of the usual Luxury Autos tag with Your vehicle is in your garage, it said Your vehicle is now available in your garage supplied by LS Car Meet
At least some of the cars that were removed spawn in the auto shop that’s gonna be my new way of getting cars. Also if they were gonna remove this much they should’ve let us buy NPC cars from the LS Car meet if they truly wanted to make shopping for cars easier
When rockstarr does stuff like this it pushes me more over the edge, making a relatively new player want to quit gta all together, i sold my comet retro custom cuz i didnt have any money for ammo to do missions thinking i can get it back again, but now i cant😢 shame on you rockstarr no one even asked for this the game was fine untill you did this, there was a bunch of cool cars i was looking forward to buying in the future. Hopefully they realize this was a mistake and return the cars to normal.
As a car enthusiast, this has finally pushed me from GTA. R* fumbled this hard. So many loved cars now gone unless you have gta+. And even then its not guaranteed you get it
Dude rockstar seriously is dropping the ball with these recent updates, why would they not just remove all of the npc cars. It’s crazy to me how much the price of cars has gone up in the game and yet we still can’t grab like banshees of the street and add them to our garages. It’s so dumb
We can give feedback, but guess what! ROCKSTAR REMOVED THEIR FEEDBACK PAGE!!! They are literally saying “F You! Buy a sharkcard, RIGHT F-ING NOW!” Yep, I’m done. Please excuse me while I snap my PS4 GTA 5 disc in half, and burn the case. 🤬🤬🤬
They needa remove like 75% of the exotic super cars, some look ugly and futuristic af, nobody just wants to go fast all the time, unless your 10 years old, we want more shit boxes to customize
you can buy them in your auto shop, but only when a costumer send the exacly fucking car you want. i spent 2 hours to buy a comet. for car guys like us is a disaster.
They really shitted on pc players bc we can't get gta+.. on the other hand, if someone really wanted those vehicles as long as they've been in the game, they would've already done so, so all these ppl boo hooing aren't really making any sense.
they delete the cars to help browse the car sites but they made it the ugliest and hardest to navigate website possible they could have just reverted the 2 door 4 door catagories and put them back together and made it easier
I am upset about a lot of these cars and i used to have the retro comet and multiple comets. This one makes me mad I planned on getting more was thinking about it few days ago...
Just checked my maximum allowance of garage space brimmed with all the cars and vehicles I could ever want... Been collecting cars since I started and still have my first ever car in GTA online. I never sell cars once bought. Level 752 now, hundreds of vehicles owned, $GTA150m in the bank account and nothing much to spend it on that I don't already have. Never once bought a shark card. Been chipping away at the game since 2013.
It is SERIOUSLY sad what rockstar has turned into. I have no words for how dissapointed i am. Perhaps it's time to say goodby. I will go drive my Z in Gran Turismo now...
It only affects new players . . anyone playing the game for years should have all the cars by now . Rockstar made those cars absolute classics now . The only issue is if they only available to buy through GTA+ in the future but if they come back weekly on simeons and luxury autos its not that bad .
Bruh, Rockstar is already a multi billion dollar company yet they still force players to not only buy a gta+ membership, but also the next gen consoles, just for a few cars in a video game, huge bruh moment
to be honest this isn't a good thing what R* have done but to be honest GTA Plus isn't that much and plus you get $500,000 a month so all in all its a plus 😆😆I had GTA Plus from the start and its ok to me
I played GTA 5 since it was released. And started fresh on PS5. Building cars was my thing on last gen, and still is today. Obviously making money legit as a new player can be hard so these “lesser used vehicles” and less expensive vehicles are cars we can enjoy customizing on a budget. SMH.
Hey I havent seen anyone make a video about this yet but there seem to have been some massive quiet nerfs to money-making. You can no longer go in and out of your nightclub to recieve the 10 second mission that has you kick someone out to increase popularity. You can only do it once and then im assuming there is some kind of cooldown, this is a massive nerf as being able to quickly refill popularity, made the actual nightclub itself the absolute best compelely passive money maker. The second thing I noticed is that theyve changed the cooldown for payphone hits from 15mins to 1 hour. Payphone hits were an amazing quick way to earn good money. I bet there are probably other nerfs, these are just the ones ive noticed as the nightclub, payphone hits and acid lab are the only casual money making activities I frequently engage in because they are fun and quick. Honestly these are just even more disgustingly annoying changes to make the game worse, definitely the worst update yet.
The nc glitch was a glitch so are we really calling that a nerf? It was never intended to be exploited that way. Don’t get me wrong i used the method all the time but I recognized it wouldn’t last forever. Though 48min cooldown on pay phone hits does suck.
@@laxdemon13 how was it a glitch? They had no built in cooldown and didn't mention any intention of meaning to have, or add one. You could argue the ability to use passive mode, to only get the easier mission was unintional, making it a mild exploit. But I don't see how the ability to repeat those missions immediately with no cool down, could possibly be considered a glitch.
@@laxdemon13 I just realized the only part of it that seemed at all like an exploit to me (using passive mode to only get the easy mission), wasn't changed. you can still do exactly that. Adding a cool down to the nightclub popularity mini missions is definitely a nerf, dont see how it could be considered anything else.
