We know he has some important relation to the Skeleton Brothers, mostly Sans, due to his use of a non-standard font, Sans's Gaster Blasters, Mystery Man's warped skeletal appearance with white pupils, among other things. 3. His experiment talked about in ENTRY NUMBER SEVENTEEN has something heavily to do with the Dark World, as it talks about unnatural amounts of darkness, as well as it being directly quoted in an archived message from the Deltarune site from 2015, followed by The Legend the following year, all in uppercase Wingdings. The implication with that, the files, the Sound Test from Undertale, the nature of the messages to the player and the official tweets point to the experiment very much being about Deltarune...if not just Deltarune itself. 4. The Goners, especially the Gaster Followers, are heavily related to Gaster, as the latter talk about him directly, with GF2 having a piece of him and disappearing with the MysteryGo sound effect, which is just Gaster's leitmotif sped up and echoed. It is more than heavily implied that Gaster is the strange individual who met with Jevil and Spamton, and corrupted their minds with the forbidden truth of the nature of their existences. Solidified with direct references to E#17 after their battles, "darker yet darker" for Jevil, and the 'garbage noise'/Snd_Smile/Mus_Smile for Spamton (as well as the importance of hands and eggs). 6. The Bunker/Shelter exists, emanating Snd_Smile from it 666% slower than usual, taken from E#17. It is likely that he is behind that door, working on his experiment, even while those doors remain rusted and overgrown. The "what do you think" line being a very likely callback to E#17. The Egg itself having many odd, extradimensional properties. 'Egg' spelt in all capitals like Gaster would say actually is a directional input for a Knight in chess, further related the two entities together. The 'Man' appearing in the grey cars in the Light World during Ch2's prologue only if you collected the Egg in the previous, his existence being acknowledge when examining any car, then never again, while also railroading you into the story with a (possible) counterpart to GF2 in the same scene. Spamton's Pipis being referred to as eggs by Spamton himself, as well as one of Spamton's dumpsters being right next to the Man room with graffiti and all about its existence. We have all of this, and you get the final message that he give out Eggs, yet you ignore the reasons why. Please think before you speak.
