The medieval cathedral of Wells in Somerset dates to the 13th century and houses a Saxon font dating back to 700AD, iconic scissor arches and a 14th century Lady Chapel and a display of a replica of the Turin Shroud. It is the smallest cathedral in England.
The astronomical clock dates to 1390 which makes it one of the earliest clock faces in the world. It dates from an era in which the Earth was still considered the centre of the universe.

Thank you for the tour! The historical material was informative, the images were well-chosen, and the background audio was uplifting.
