In September of 2020, I was hospitalised in Chicago for my brain disease. While receiving treatment, I saw a video where ‪@liamduttonweatherman‬ said the descriptive name for #LlanfairPwllGwyngyll. I was hooked instantly, and started to learn #Cymraeg as soon as I got home. Almost years later, I visited the town whose name put the beautiful language on my radar, shortly before taking my Mynediad Welsh language exam, which I aced. Getting back into languages is the first coping skill which has made an impact on my brain disease enough to show on the biofeedback screen. I love languages so much, I speak seven of them, and counting! Cymraeg ydy fy hoff, wrth gwrs!
A speaker of seven languages and 2021 #Eisteddfod Winner (2nd and 3rd prize) at the North #American Festival of Wales, #JenX is trying to bring cheer through a love of #music and language.
