Btw can u make the lore of this? Many lands got conquered by Israel such as the golans in OTL it has no sense so if u could explain

This was from a lore called Weltreich, Israel and Palestine were part of the Ottoman Empire, and later Turkey from 1915~ to 1995~, and it got liberated by troops from Gaddafi's Libya and then it was absorbed into Gaddafi's Libya with Egypt.

And Israel as well. Way before all of them. Well, the concept of Lebanon did exist, but they were Phoenicians back than, Northern Canaanites. While the tribes of Israel, as well as the Ammonites, Moabites and Edomites were Southern Canaanites.
