The 13" width combined with the 6" maximum depth can allow you to plane down your wood for just about any project you're building!
The planer comes with a detachable dust collection shoot that will fit a standard shop vac hose and an adapter to fit a 4 inch dust collector it you have one in your shop.
Assembly was simple since the planer comes completely assembled sans the cutter head lifting handle.
Out of the box the machine worked great, minimal snipe on the board which can be removed with a little sanding, nothing that would necessitate cutting off the affected area.
