@Patty’s Playhouse, Charlie was more animated and “friendlier” because he REALLY THOUGHT he would get off. Donna KNOWS Charlie was convicted and he didn’t write Hitler emails. Donna is worried. I feel CERTAIN that the Adelsons NEVER IMAGINED how many people care about Dan Markel, the Markel family and JUSTICE! #JusticeForDanMarkel
I'm spending my Friday night multi-tasking, with this stream playing in the background. I'm so glad I found you and your channel, because by attending the hearings, in person, and giving us your first-hand testimony about it, you're doing a tremendous service to those of us who are far from Florida. You're articulate and savvy. I'm glad you issued that warning to spectators, advising them to be on the lookout for "plants" in the crowd by the desperate Defense Team. Thank you so much for advocating for victims of crime. God bless you and your family and I'll be looking forward to your coverage of this very upsetting case. Go, State of Florida, go!
Donna should be worried. Karma always comes either today, tomorrow, next week or ten years later. Donna does not deserve a plea. If she did the deed let her accept her fate. Dan had to accept his fate.
Looking at a beardless Rashbaum takes me back to those videos of babies breaking out in tears when their Dad shaves his beard😂😂😂 I’ve watched these trials so many times, seeing his bare face is very unsettling. 😅
Dang it, missed live. But I’m here. Always appreciate patty’s commentary cuz it’s so blunt and down to earth. Judge Everett sounded like he was speaking over the intercom at Wal-mart. “Attention all Walmart shoppers, we are offering plea deals on isle 5 next to the kosher style food items. Thank you for shopping Walmart!” Omg… “Wendi, wendi, wendi” girl better get herself down to isle 5 while she can.
I love that donna has to sit there knowing every single person in that hearing room is free. Free to eat lunch when and where they choose. Bounce around town to shop. Free! And lil pony 🐴 girl is going back to the clink!
I’ve never watched you before, but I love your straight to the point no bull analysis!!! Learned about you through Roberta, so shout out to Roberta. And I love yer hair:)
Sorry I missed your live @Patty Playhouse just love your breakdown of Donna’s hearing and your colour commentary Patty! You really are an awesome host! I just love watching your input! You really are good at describing everything that you see! And it helps for me to visualize your description! I can always follow your thoughts and description! Did Georgia really say Wendi, Wendi, Wendi? How was it possible for us to hear her say that? Now we know that Georgia has Wendi on her mind! 😂🤣😂🤣
Wonder if Wendi told Mama to put in the best act she can and Wendi knows she can be good when she wants to. Can’t wait til she puts in that homey old scared lady persona and then Georgia pulls out the emails!!! Damn I can’t wait
Thank you Patty, I love your coverage and insight! Georgia and Sarah are my all time favorite prosecutors, and Georgia’s sarcastic Wendi, Wendi, Wendi, of course you didn’t, is Everything, and what all of us are thinking! Anyone who thinks that Georgia hasn’t set her sights on Wendi is woefully wrong! Also, I think Georgia gets unwarranted criticism for not going tough enough on Wendi. It’s all strategic IMO, it’s cleaner for future prosecution if Georgia doesn’t go too deep, and potentially complicate the Kastigar/immunity issues. I love G & S. They epitomize competence, class, and aren’t afraid to be glamorous too. They inspire me, if I was younger I’d go to law school!
It's very strategic. Justice takes time, in general, and since Wendi was allegedly so unfairly assisted by Willie Meggs and his allegedly corrupt crew, it has taken even a longer period of time. Countering public corruption is a slow process, but it's possible. . . .
I sooooo agree with you ! If I heard that word, “puzzle pieces” one more time, I was going to SCREAM ! ! I was unimpressed with Dan from the start when he stated (quite strongly), that he believed in his client. I found that statement to be so odd, awkward, & strangely inappropriate. Something felt off. It didn’t take long to figure out that the line separating Dan’s “professional relationship” and their being an unusually close “personal friendship” with this crazy awful family, that you could see that, that line was clearly blurred to a point of inappropriateness. As Charlie’s trial moved along, Dan’s ego oddly increased right to the end, right up until the verdict was read. It was wild to see Charlie’s true shock as he heard those words, “GUILTY.” Despite that fatal loss, both Charlie and both parents surprisingly continued to sing the praises of Dan’s management of the case, but instead they blamed Georgia for bringing out the autopsy photo’s a second time while making closing statements. To my surprise, Charlie & Donna continue to lean on Dan beyond the first trial, praising Dan for how highly they thought of him. Again, despite the level of the Adelson’s shock as the verdict was read, the family remained adamant that Dan would stay on as their primary attorney for Donna’s upcoming trial. Dan begins Donna’s pre-trial motions rather awkwardly, demonstrating a body language that really didn’t match with his seemingly misplaced, over-zealous ego. His confidence however, seemed to dwindle right before your eyes, as he appeared somewhat defeated as he went through each of his unrealistic motions. I felt that Dan’s court performance was overall, pretty ineffective as each motion raised was not only unrealistic to win, it was also poorly articulated, obviously lacking a supportive argument and he seemed unprepared and/or unable to anticipate potential challenges from the Judge.
@@whybe1962 Wendi only cares about Wendi. If she loved her boys she wouldn't want to cause them deep, lifelong emotional pain growing up without such a loving father.
Ha - they’re gunna dress Donna up like the granny from Sylvester and Tweety Pie 😂 - side note - heard shares in Pepto have taken a sharp upturn today - 😂 Wendi, Wendi, Wendi - they’re not going to arrest me? I think they are 🤌
The way Georgia said that and the timing, it kinda makes me think she’s got some intel of movement. Perhaps a shenanigan afoot. Her BF does have private jet. Idk it just seemed odd timing for Georgia to say that whilst prepping for this nonsense party. Perhaps Ms Wendi taking another shortcut to liquor store as we speak.
That’s because of a facelift. Our ears grow as we age and therefore to make it proportionate the plastic surgeon needs to perform an ear lobe reduction to make the ears in alignment with a tighter and lifted face.
I think Donna is freezing Morris out because he may be trying to tell her the true odds against her as a responsible attorney should. Opposite of Rashy telling Charlie he will be driving him home!
Georgia is going to take Donna down. You're right Patty- Donna should ask for a plea but on the other hand her narcissism is so heavy that she has convinced herself she is innocent.
I wonder if Georgia was saying Wendi, Wendi, Wendi’ because most of the motions were about her. Ie. Corbett’s testimony about her going by the crime scene, her changing the boys’ last name …
Donna’s own family had a history of family not ever speaking again to one another. Just like she’s disowned Robert. It’s easy I guess , if that’s what you’re used to, to disown, or hate, or kill family members.
8:23 Charlie has that "friendlier look" because he's an approval-seeker. His whole life, it has been the approval of Donna he wanted. But on trial he knows he needs the Jury's. Donna, as the head narcissist, hasn't ever needed to be "friendly." She has always had everyone cater to her and her wants.
Rash is her pet /substitute replacement Chawlie I don’t even think she has a clue what’s going on in terms of legal terminology etc she just needs to have someone to cling to in that same gross way as she did re her son
1:15:48 “she knows now” thanks for telling us about the deep breath Donna made at judge saying ok to ask about last name change. Guess state still can’t bring up Markel grandparents denied visitation
