The Wndigo acting as a preamp was pretty impressive, but, the boost definitely helped. How does the Wendigo fair straight into a crunchy/ broken up amp?
The wendigo is pretty rad, I felt with my setup I had to push the setting to the extremes... not a bad thing... but a limiting thing. I may need to try it in different chains to see the difference.
@metalprognosis I have two wendigos and they love being together with the dirty tree tc mode after for presence and resonance controls. I found the demon fx klon with the tone at 1 and gain almost cranked that it helps quite a bit if you want a cheap substitute! 🍻 cheers from upper Wisconsin 👍
